Let's remember too we've only seen first few drill results from Molly. Considering this was first time they've drilled the property, to have hit mineralisation in multiple directions, including that high grade gold, albeit narrow veins on first few holes, in my view bodes very well for rest of the campaign. It won't have hurt that they found a bit of copper and silver too. Additional metals will vastly improve economics of this project.

As they add into the mix more data from these holes, and getting to grips with geology from whole campaign underway, suspect that'll really help be able to pin down the areas with most evidence of decent mineralisation and most gold. And as the campaign progresses, that'll naturally lead to an increase in the likelihood of decent hits. Then you look at some of our neighbours and fact we are along same mineralisation trends. None of this potential priced in right now.

Seeing the proposals in black and white with my broker like that, it struck me how absurd the whole thing is. How no shareholder in their right mind votes for this.

Having said that, we cannot afford to be complacent here. Us private investors are well known for voter apathy because normally we're quite powerless against the bigger interests. Interestingly Halfords putting out decent numbers lately and their share price doing very well this year. Their trading update last month saw strongest growth in their cycling dept. With Tandem supplying them, should bode well here.

Frankly Halfords should just this. Amazed we haven't had M&A interest here, or at least that's been publicly declared. Perhaps that'll come at some point. In meantime the biz seems to be ticking over well. Demand for electric bikes only going one way. Offering here fits in well with broader surge in demand for health and fitness products. AGM update next month set to tell us more.

They do have a lot of plates spinning, it's a bit like having multiple companies in one here, coupled with that passive stake in Monument Therapeutics via their potential new wonder drug.

Just looking up Oura they're even bigger than I imagined - last valuation round put it at $11bn!

Important point is if you look at the last AGM results, there was already a significant chunk of shareholders with form for voting against management resolutions. Even routine ones.

In January 25%+ went against 7 of the 15 resolutions. Albeit that from a low turnout (against voters amounted to ~8m shares) - but still an unusually high proportion for any plc.

It's fair to say those guys will be even more p*ssed off now. If the rebels are still holding come delist vote day, this will significantly move things in our favour.

Management totally off their rocker if they think they'll win this vote.

Decent reversal shaping up.

I suspect over the last day or so we've seen a few larger holders being forced to liquidate to de-risk, and now they may well be exhausted. If you were going to capitulate, sense you'd have done so by now. Potentially leaves that opening for likes of us to effectively buy cash at a 50%+ discount - IF we can secure that no vote. And prospect of that looks good to me.

When you look at the FTC share price over the last few years, considering we are in the same segment, serving identical industries - particularly whitehot defence and spacetech where demand for this tech seems absolutely insatiable - from our small market cap as it stands today, I don't really see this as having any resistance.

It's hard to imagine any shareholder in their right mind would approve management's scandalous plan.

Very unlikely they have the numbers here. Assuming delist proposal is defeated, easy 100% from here. Time to buy. (Not financial advice.)

Great to see us motoring back towards the 52 week high and rightly so. US semiconductor stocks continue to absolutely rocket and this still priced far lower than any of them, so a long way to go.

Another significant catalyst coming up too with company winning those spacetech contracts and that blockbuster SpaceX IPO within a just a few weeks now, set to result in a surge of interest into sector.
