Block Listing Application Notice
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,734,835 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
These ordinary shares are to be block listed under The Morgan Crucible Long-Term Incentive Plan 2004.
