The Company announces that it has received notification that on 16 August 2018, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company purchased 42,500 nil paid rights, pursuant to the 3 for 4 rights issue of 34,881,368 new ordinary shares at 303 pence per new ordinary share ("Rights Issue").
