On 6 August 2018, the company was notified, that Zillah Byng-Thorne, Chief Executive Officer of Future plc, sold 12,266 nil paid rights, pursuant to the 3 for 4 rights issue of 34,881,368 new ordinary shares at 303 pence per new ordinary share ("Rights Issue").
Zillah Byng-Thorne intends to take up the remaining nil paid rights under the Rights Issue, representing over 80% of her nil paid rights in respect of her shareholding.Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
