"Jog on Pal"
Not quite sure of your intended meaning but thank you.
"Pal"?
A northern expression which does not mean what it seems to mean!
It's amazing redheaded how a dip in the share price brings out all the traders.
They all want their re-entry points as they know that when PFC issued its RNS on the 4th that the number of options jumped considerably and that they were already in discussions to sell some non-core assets. The RNS and headlines thereafter effectively raised a for sale sign over everything on a business that has just had a record 6 months in winning significant business.
Hand and your shares over of you like but at these prices most seem happy to wait for next news and some topping up on the dip. That same price you see is there for everyone.
You was saying? Wrong

Great opportunity here to buy more discounted stock for those who see the value in PFC. Spread the word. Be greedy when others are fearful said the sage! Good luck to all.
See if it regains 22p. might be some resistance then it'll fall back again.
Shorts praying on more uncertainty, however, a company with decent contracts and likely new contracts awards soon, with a decent ESG rating will re-rate upwards. Forget daily noise, it will be a patient upward trend. These shares are far too cheap, the corporate insiders know it.
Its as simple as ABC......
The RNS stated.....
"it is an industry standard contractual requirement to provide Performance Guarantees for EPC contracts. Banking and surety market appetite for the provision of these guarantees in support of the contracts won by Petrofac has reduced, resulting in delays in their provision."......
FFS....... Performance Guarantees and Advance Payment Bonds.....Are the Tools of the trade of a EPC contractor...........
But the Banking and surety market have a appetite for Performance Guarantees and Advance Payment Bonds with other contractors..........Or is it a closed Market.....I don't think So.....
Desperation and Last Resort written all over the RNS.....

Finger on the trigger. bazooka loaded and ready.

Especially with PFCs past.. You'd think they'd be squeaky clean.
Must admit I didn't follow pfc for a while post the huge scandal a few years ago.
No idea of the current lot were promoted from within
Well this guy Aidan has a lot of previous experience and contacts in the Health sector...
You never know he might get the Manchester Royal InfirmaryHospital to buy in with a 4p capital raise ?
Gap just filled from yesterday - should get back to 25p now
. . . yep, this place is crawling now . . .
gonna switch off and return when the pest control team has done its work . . .

With PFC anything could be happening and thats the Honest truth.......
When a Auditor adds the words in Annual Accounts that the biggest RISK facing thePFC company is "Financial Mismanagement"
Those word are not entered lightly.........

Well, previously having a stop loss was by far the best thing to do. I should have had it higher in hindsight.
This crashed from 80 to 20 very quickly.
Really, all bets are off. Still seems heavily shorted. And this was successful for the shorters before.
The board is infested once again.
@snap
There seems to be a lot going on behind closed doors. I wouldn't be shocked by anything here from a placing, a buyout partial or full , a scandal, lenders not refinancing.
Its a lottery really.
Stop loss is last thing thing you want here. The MM's will be looking to fill any large buy orders and take out any stop losses as necessary. They feed on 'em, nowhere else to obtain them if you keep your shares nice and tight.
Um I bought in at 75 and sold at 40.
I then bought in at 20. I certainly would sell if it looks like it's heading down.
This is the usual selling and buying its been doing this all this week.
We WILL be back in the blue before we know it.
It may test .21 then bounce off that to the 23/24 then to 25 lets see whos right.

It would be Interesting to Know who the Institutional Investors are who are Pursuing PFC with High Court Case.....
The board is infested once again.
No you're not Alex. Stop talking nonsense.
