Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made forĀ 470,000 ordinary shares of 15p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority andĀ forĀ trading on the London Stock Exchange. Admission is expected to become effective on 20 December 2021.
These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Performance Share Plan. They will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
