Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

Amigo Resources PLC, up 14% at 3.13p, 12-month range 0.16p-4.00p. It forms a joint-venture over a rare earths licence package in Tanzania. Amigo will own 51%, and AK Corp FZCO 49% of the package. There is no upfront sum payable, though Amigo will fund exploration. Future consideration is "linked to technical outcomes and project advancement".

Kodal Minerals PLC, up 12% at 0.35 pence, 12-month range 0.22p-0.62p. It updates on the Bougouni lithium asset, where the final payment for the second shipment of spodumene concentrate to Hainan Mining Co Ltd has been received, totalling USD27.6 million. This is subject to "confirmation of grade, tonnage and moisture content". Kodal adds: "Bougouni remains unaffected by recent security incidents and unrest in parts of Mali and operations are continuing as usual." Kodal is invested in Bougouni through a 49% stake in Kodal Mining UK Ltd. KMUK itself owns 65% of Les Mines de Lithium de Bougouni SA, which owns the project in partnership with the government.

Autins Group PLC, up 12% at 9.50p, 12-month range 4.28p-14.00p. The acoustic and thermal insulation solutions company expects to report net profit of GBP170,000 for the year to March 31, swinging from a GBP1.2 million loss. Revenue, however, is down to GBP17.6 million from GBP19.3 million, "reflecting the well-publicised cyber-attack on the group's largest UK customer".

RWS Holdings PLC, up 3.8% at 95.73p, 12-month range 68.50p-99.70p. It nears a deal to buy Obviously Group Ltd, an intellectual property and brand management platform, for up to GBP40 million in total. The language services and artificial intelligence solutions provider says it is in advanced and exclusive discussions to finalise and enter into definitive legally binding transaction documents.

Gulf Marine Services PLC, up 3.6% at 20.13p, 12-month range 14.66p-24.30p. The provider of support vessels to the offshore energy industry says it has won "two significant contracts". They mark maiden entries to the Africa and Latin America-regions. "We are also pleased to confirm that these developments are in line with our expectations, and we maintain our adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation guidance for 2026 in the range of USD105 million to USD115 million," Executive Chair Mansour Al Alami says.
