In case others weren’t aware, Netflix are currently producing an MTG animated series. It will be popular I’m sure with existing MTG gamers, but could also draw in new enthusiasts as just as The Queens Gambit did for chess.

Just a little observation, but if we were to do a deal with CIQ with an option to buy for £2m within 12 months of signing, then we would have to have the money to exercise that option. GFIN was granted authority to allot up to 30% of the shares in issue at the AGM.

Given that headroom restriction, our MCAP would need to be at least c6.7m at the time of any raise (absent any changed authorities) if necessary capital was to be raised in the markets.

Debt might be another option of course, but the fact GFIN are even contemplating a £2m purchase kind of suggests to me that Halley see's significant value in CIQ and the potential for our MCAP to be 3.5-4 times higher in 12 moths time than where it is now.

And in that respect, I can’t see why getting an agreement signed will take six months given Keith has significant influence with us and 0M and both he and Halley have other connected business interests.

Well, news of a CIQ binding agreement would also turn things fruity as well I think.

Though I’d obviously like to see movement I don’t think we’ll get anything substantial until we see some half year results showing a small profit, and after that some real numbers on what the AI tie up means.

I do think we’ve got the potential for a 10x or a 100x re rate here.

The thing needs a process to profit which is scaleable without too much further overhead and an AI based advertising model would appear to be that.
