Very intrigued to see how fast they settle before any type of extreme enforcement could come in.

I’d say it’s a real moderate - to - high chance when looking at a favourable awarding.

Only item I don’t foresee is how long they draw-out the process.

If real arbitration claims anchored at $1b that’d be low, $2-3b Base?

I read some possible outcomes(open to critique):

Claim $1.5b = award:30% - KDNC share 8% =36m

Claim $2.5b = award:50% - KDNC share 10%=125m

No idea really, just posting it for conversation purposes

It’s been some time since we were back on the cusp on the double digits.

Anyone thinking energy costs will impact this or any other Czech project clearly chose to ignore the signed partnership between CÉZ & Rolls a Royce for the deployment of SMRs.

Each SMR is 470MWe with a 60+ year lifespan. This whole SMR roll out globally is purely to help the electrification of all aspects in life. It’s an absolute GOLDEN play by CÉZ. . . Covering all angles and ensuring their own Li is fully utilised.

There’s huge ‘’visible’ reasons turbines are facing backlash. It’s far from the same push back a region enhancing Li & Tin mine will face

If anyone doesn't grasp the huge significance of these senior roles being openly advertised by GEOMET (ČEZ Group), then I’m not sure what you’re doing here, let alone offering public commentary. These aren’t generic or maintenance positions. They are high-level leadership roles:

Manager of Preparation and Operation – Deep Mining (underground mine)

Chief Metallurgical Technologist / Manager of Preparation and Operation – Lithium Chemical Plant (LCP)

Both explicitly mention responsibility for the preparation, permitting, engineering, construction, commissioning, and future operation of major new infrastructure. The postings even state things like “Launch of a completely new project” and involvement in a “strategically important project for the Czech Republic and Europe.”

The project is moving into active development /execution phase.

Dismissing or downplaying this while the company is literally building the operational team for EU’s largest hard-rock lithium mine + integrated chemical plant says more about the commentator than the project.
