Will be a very intriguing Q in terms of RNS that’s for sure.

Could we see the first off take before Q4?

The SP is still low so those times for top ups are drawing to an end.

Very intrigued to see how fast they settle before any type of extreme enforcement could come in.

I’d say it’s a real moderate - to - high chance when looking at a favourable awarding.

Only item I don’t foresee is how long they draw-out the process.

If real arbitration claims anchored at $1b that’d be low, $2-3b Base?

I read some possible outcomes(open to critique):

Claim $1.5b = award:30% - KDNC share 8% =36m

Claim $2.5b = award:50% - KDNC share 10%=125m

No idea really, just posting it for conversation purposes

It’s been some time since we were back on the cusp on the double digits.

Anyone thinking energy costs will impact this or any other Czech project clearly chose to ignore the signed partnership between CÉZ & Rolls a Royce for the deployment of SMRs.

Each SMR is 470MWe with a 60+ year lifespan. This whole SMR roll out globally is purely to help the electrification of all aspects in life. It’s an absolute GOLDEN play by CÉZ. . . Covering all angles and ensuring their own Li is fully utilised.
