Continuation of JTF past 2027 bodes very well for Cinovec, it could unlock additional funding, incentivize further project acceleration, simplify admin and extend deadlines. All this enhances the likelihood of Cinovec moving into production on time, boosting EU’s domestic battery‑grade lithium prospects and supporting Czech green economic goals.

@Bannor TBH I think Id just like CEZ to be very aggressive publishing it, ensuring the securing of the funding, grants and in line with EIA etc etc, then dragging in a major (like a Rio T) to buy EMH out for a very fair price.

Cadellin I totally get where you’re coming from, but that view underestimates whats actually in play here.

Cinovec isn’t a typical small-cap story that drifts after a news bump, its a CRMA-listed strategic asset and the largest hard-rock Li deposit in the EU. Once the DFS lands, the next catalysts aren’t dependent on procrastination, they’re structural, permitting, financing, and especially offtakes (which will be substantial, maybe exclusive for all of it) driven by the EUs push for Li self-sufficiency.

When a project reaches this stage, the market is usually driven less by personality and more by the scale of the asset/the policy environment around it. its positioned to potentially supply a significant % share of the EU’s future Li needs, a “drift for months” is highly unlikely, the setup looks much stronger than that now

Why do some individuals bother being here when they're not invested?

Further still, with such a hugely pivital moment in the project story, why are you not even keen for a nice double on a possible investment?

There is no other single miner sat in this position in the EU. many of us LTHs at least used every good drop to average down from pre-pandemic days and im super happy about it.

Just baffles me why at sub-10p people were not smelling the bacon . . . . . bank was in at 42p after all

Hypothetical answer to your query, yes, it’s plausible. Rio needs an EU lithium asset after Jadar collapsed and Cinovec is the largest hard‑rock deposit in EU with strong policy tailwinds, including the €360M Czech grant and CRMA status. ČEZ would likely welcome Rio’s mining expertise and balance sheet. For EMH to get best value, of course the DFS must be complete, paperwork clean, and the share price higher before any approach. If Rio wants speed, scale, and subsidy access, a move for our 49% stake makes strategic sense.

What price that would get for the premier Li deposit on the continent and with a 25 year mine life would be intriguing, certainly in the multiple pounds per share
