RE: There's the ASX DFS announcement....23 Dec 2025 07:44
Last week’s RNS was the DFS headline announcement. It gave the updated resource and reserve, production rate, mine life, capex, operating costs, NPV and IRR. Those are the key commercial numbers and they have not changed.
The more recent release is simply the full, detailed DFS document that sits behind that announcement. It contains the technical detail, assumptions, schedules, cost breakdowns, sensitivities and risk disclosures that lenders, institutions and regulators expect to see.
Importantly, the numbers are the same. Production is still 37,500 tpa, mine life is still around 26 years, capex and operating costs are unchanged, and the NPV, IRR and grant assumptions are exactly as stated in the earlier DFS summary.
This is a normal sequencing after a DFS milestone. First you release the market summary, then you publish the full technical report for transparency and financing purposes.
If anything, this is positive. It shows the DFS stands up to scrutiny and the project is moving along the standard path toward funding and development. There is no downgrade, no backtracking and no change to the economics.
