Good news for EMH holders: nothing bad happened. Ownership is still exactly 49 % EMH UK / 51 % Severočeské doly, no ČEZ direct entry, no dilution, no change to the 49/51 split. The super-protective 4A+3B board structure, dual-signature rule and EMH’s blocking minority are all still 100 % intact. The only things done were a routine update of the articles (standard legal tidy-up) and the re-appointment of Richard Pavlík (EMH’s long-time nominee) plus one new ČEZ-side director. In short, EMH walked out of that meeting with every bit of its veto power and 49 % stake untouched. The real ČEZ story is still the 2020 JV (51 % GEOMET for €34 m + massive grant funding) that is already locked in and paying for everything non-dilutively. This deed removes one more overhang. Next catalyst is the DFS (expected any day now in Dec 2025, per Nov 11 update – all substantive work done, just final docs wrapping up) and the €360 m EU grant draw-down once the final EIA lands soon. Still 49 %, still fully protected, still fully funded......

Fortunately averaged down well, but my friends jumped in here at 8.25p-10p. they're all already in huge profits and will be laughing when we quickly surpass the 2021 106p (10+ bags at just that). Even those here that are doomers (appreciated patience tests and let downs have influenced you) I still want you to DO WELL and PROFIT handsomely. The further you are to financial freedom the better, no matter who you are. Dont miss this, theres no other genuine mine about to get this type of boost. The see-saw is now level, once it tips the run away will be too much for you.

DFS due next 10 day or so, therefore ignore any doom & gloomers as we hit the final step before construction. €360M Czech Government grant secured under EU Critical Raw Materials Act, , EIB financing submission underway, leveraging strategic EU designation, FID targeted for H1 2026, backed by grant + EIB + equity, roduction scaled up to 41,658 tpa battery-grade LiOH → ~12% of the EU's total demand and will be achieved far quicker than any other deposit on the continent. Operating cost: ~$6,000 per tonne, Largest & highest-quality lithium deposit in Europe, fully integrated supply chain.

NPV outlook (25-year mine life, 8% discount): Conservative ($15k/t): $3.36B, Base ($20k/t): $5.58B, Optimistic ($25k/t): $7.81B

There is no other project in the EU now more fitting for exactly what the EU is desperate to push forward.

For me BMV’s strategy remains highly speculative until they: draw down the £2m facility and show actual BTC holdings or crypto-related assets, either deploy or successfully on-sell the mining machines under firm contracts, or deliver a concrete “gold-streaming / mining JV → production” milestone (with permits, partner confirmations, evidence of operations).

Until then, the company seems more in “promises + strategy mode” than “execution + delivery mode.”

Im happy to hold for now but its very disappointing again.

Everyones entitled to their own opinion, even if most dont like.

However we have had a happy start to December, the grant news was very welcoming after a year on back & forths. The DFS timeline does knit well with that announcement which seems to have filled the room with near all positivity which is good. With near all puzzle pieces identified, laid out on the table and being put into the final picture one by one, now I just see this as a matter of time and not something to remotely stress about.

I dont even care if the DFS was end of Q1 now if Im honest, EU has been very vocal about fast tracking projects and you all saw the article last week about removing from Chinese dependancy. It's all happening.

The Czech Republic is quietly positioning itself as the EU’s next energy and critical-minerals powerhouse, and most people still haven’t noticed.

Cinovec isn’t just another lithium deposit; it’s the largest hard-rock lithium resource in Europe, fully inside the EU, and it’s moving rapidly toward production with EMH and ČEZ driving it. As an investor I’m obviously excited, but honestly I’m equally happy for the Czechs, of whom I have multiple work colleagues who are excited about it for their nation. They’ve played this almost perfectly.
