ALL PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED on Twitter today and IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST OF ALL SHAREHOLDERS OF RRR including myself.

Chairman of RRR is an OXFORD LAW GRADUATE and therefore, more than able to reply and the right to reply or not reply was left to him on the topic of RRR MAIN ASSET at MT IDA 0.75% ROYALTY GROSS REVENUE.

NEWS, MY 1ST TIME ASKING THE CHAIRMAN OF RRR ON TWITTER GIVEN THE RRR ANNOUNCEMENT, OF 21 JULY 2025 THAT IF $10M DRC AWARD DOES NOT COME IN, THIS CO WILL PUT THE CO INTO ADMINISTRATION AND WE WILL LOSE OUR MONEY AS WE ARE SHAREHOLDERS ISNT IT?

So, if we , shareholders have question, we must ask and IF, INCORRECT, CHAIRMAN CAN CORRECT US OF WHICH IS A OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE STOCK MARKET OF 21 JULY 2025. See my earlier post below as the complete story.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT:

Many Red Rock Resources Plc [RRR] shareholders on Twitter , have asked Chairman A. Bell on the status of this co since the official accounts shows £223,000 in the bank or cash in hand. In particular, RRR issued an official RNS [regulatory news service ] on 27 July 2025, that failing obtaining the DRC $10m arbitration award that has still not been resolved etc todate since 2024 [Draft Award sent to RRR in 2024], then RRR may have to put this company into "administration." If so, then all RRR SHAREHOLDERS WILL LOSE EVERY PENNY OF THEIR MONEY IF RRR GOES to the wall isnt it? So, many of us, are CONCERNED and I asked the Chairman on Twitter about MT IDA as this is a MAJOR ASSET [see Twitter]. Other shareholders have liked my tweet on Twitter and I asked for SHAREHOLDERS LIKE MYSELF OF THIS CO @RRR. I asked FACTUAL QUESTIONS from the RRR's official announcements and therefore my RIGHT ARE [1] SHAREHOLDER OF RRR AND EVERY RIGHT TO ASK. [2] Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 [PIDA] rights also apply? etc.

So, I have now closed the twitter thread as CHAIRMAN BELL COULD REPLY and let all shareholders of RRR know and I STATED FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: IF WRONG, CHAIRMAN OF RRR CAN CORRECT and this is THE RIGHT PROCEDURE.

I trust his explains matters. I have NOT posted anything of the Question and Answer of the Chairman of RRR on Twitter today on this FORUM or any other stock forum.

After I had STOPPED posting at about 11:54 [before noon] on the main forum, it resumed back to NO NEWS on RRR but the usual

to and fro and "sults" ? So, cause and effect means= NO POSTING ON ANYTHING substantive on RRR ie Australia Victoria where there is now more exploration and said to be a "boom" , or Yilgarn about to open up for iron ore exports etc.

All SILENT - Cause and Effect. I dont post any data etc about the main assets of RRR in a Tier 1 jurisdiction eg Australia, the forum falls silent. if I post something ie news or data about the value said assets, the whole crowd comes out. I do wonder why if folks are INVESTED why they dont want news?
