The delay here is so vexing.

We should have been paid out by now, instead we are left in limbo waiting for our 50p a share while the business continues to accrue value which is going to ultimately drop to Harwood.

The last update suggests that the Scheme document may be updated. In my opinion, it should be updated and made more favourable to shareholders who are having to wait. I don't think an extra penny or two a share for the offer would be unreasonable at all.

This is the next stage for this business's development. It is taking a while yet will result in the business progressing steadily in 2026/27.

Worth sticking with it if investors can.

Further extension for takeover talks notified today

It's awfully quiet here. How has there not been 1 single post since my last one of 3rd June. The company is subject to takeover and still can't garner up any interest whatsoever. Only a few days left until we get some sort of comms.

Lets see if the BoD have the cojones to not recommend this offer. It is pretty poor, and only looks acceptable in the very recent context as the SP had for some reason unjustifiably crashed to 30p, and the SP was not aligned to fundamentals. It's purely lack of interest and liquidity that has seen this slow descent of the SP. Harwood are chancing it, so lets hope the BoD looks after shareholders if it comes to it. The last time Harwood were sniffing about 5 years ago the SP was a little lower, but their offer would have been somewhere around this offer level as it was rejected. Profitability and fundamentals are now much stronger yet the SP and offer hasn't risen to reflect this. Hold to see the outcome.
