WPP announces that on 14 August 2020, it received an initial notification that Keith Weed, Non-Executive Director of WPP, acquired 47 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in WPP (with identification code JE00B8KF9B49 on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (XLON)), at a price of £10.08 per share, as part of a dividend reinvestment under an ISA on 12 November 2019. The aggregate volume for this transaction was 47 and the aggregate price was £473.76.

The 47 shares acquired on 12 November 2019 were included in the total shareholding disclosed for Keith Weed in the Director's Dealing announcement issued by WPP on 18 June 2020. Keith's total shareholding in WPP therefore remains at 5,282 ordinary shares.
