Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR").
On 5 September 2023 Spectris plc (the "Company") was notified that, on 4 September 2023, Andrew Heath, Chief Executive, acquired 7,787 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company following the exercise of options granted under the terms of the Performance Share Plan ("PSP") on 3 September 2018.
Mr Heath elected to pay upfront the income tax, national insurance and option cost arising from the exercise of his PSP options to keep all 7,787 Ordinary Shares (held in a nominee account on his behalf).
