RAMBLER MEDIA TO APPOINT ANDREY TEREKHOV AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND OLGA PASKINA AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Rambler Media Limited (RMG.LN) ("Rambler" or the "Group"), the operator of one of Russia's most popular internet brands, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrey Terekhov as the Group's new Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with effect from September 1, 2009, and also the appointment of Olga Paskina as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 September, 2009.

Andrey joins Rambler from Russia's X5 Retail Group, where he most recently held the position of CFO for the Group's Ukrainian operations. Prior to this, he was X5's Director of Internal Audit, General Director and Integration Coordinator for two retail divisions that were acquired by the Group in the period 2006-07, where he presided over 2,000 employees and US$100 million in revenues. Prior to his time at X5, Mr. Terekhov was Head of Internal Audit for the Russian Retail Chain, Perekriostok, and worked in the Internal Control Department of Philip Morris Kazakhstan.

Andrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Information Systems from the Kazakh State Academy of Management, and a PG Diploma in Audit Management and Consultancy from the University of Central England in the United Kingdom.

Olga is the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development for ProfMedia, the largest private diversified media holding in Russia and Rambler's majority shareholder. Prior to this, she was the People Director for InBev/SUN Interbrew, the World's largest International Brewing Company and Legal Director for InBev Russia between 2002 and 2007. Prior to this, she was Legal Counsel at Specialized cargo autotransport company, Ltd.

Olga has participated in the INSEAD & Wharton Executive Management Program and also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law from Volgograd State University.
