RAMBLER MEDIA ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS Rambler Media Limited (RMG.LN), ("the Group"), a leading provider of internetmedia and services to the global Russian-speaking community, announced todaythat, Ms. Irina Gofman has resigned from the Group's Board of Directors and Mr.Nick Hynes has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Rambler Media withimmediate effect. Ms. Irina Gofman, aged 36, joined as CEO and Executive Director of Rambler Mediain 2004 and led the Group's IPO on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. Ms.Gofman stepped down from her executive position on 15 March 2007, at which pointMark Opzoomer was appointed CEO and Executive Director of the Group. Mr. Nick Hynes, a marketing services pioneer, aged 46, has been CEO ofInteractive Marketing Works Ltd (The IMW Group) since 2004. The IMW Groupincludes The Search Works, the European leader in search marketing services foronline advertisers, and The Technology Works, a media solutions businessoffering technology products to meet customers' on & offline marketing needs.Mr. Hynes is Chairman of both The Search Works and The Technology Works.
