This disclosure also reflects the fact that the voting rights effectively held indirectly by the underlying intermediate holding company Standard Life Investments (Holdings) Limited ("SLIHL") increased above the 4% notifiable threshold due to trading on 30 September 2019. SLIHL now effectively holds 4.42% of the delegated voting rights in Grafton Group plc. Prior to this crossing, SLIHL effectively held 3.89% of the delegated voting rights.
