Application for a block listing of 500,000 Grafton Units which may be issued under the Grafton Group plc 2011 SAYE Scheme and 500,000 Grafton Units which may be issued under the Grafton Group plc 2021 SAYE Scheme (the "Schemes") has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission to the official list and an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these Units to be admitted to trading. The expected admission date is 23 September 2022. These Units will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of entitlements pursuant to the Schemes and will rank pari passu with existing Grafton Units.
