* FDA on Blautix due imminently and possible early licensing deal or support for P3 could drop.
* Confirmation on first patient dosing in P2 for MRx0518 and Bavencio in urothelial carcinoma
* Complete enrolment in P1 pancreatic cancer.
* Dosing in respect of Parkinsons program, following Feb FDA clearance of MRx0005 and MRx0029, Would be a bonus if M J Fox foundation can add further support. Discussion meeting positive.
* Presentation of the Asthma data MRx-4DP004 then commencing the part B, presentation update from last week
* Expecting some sort of update on the talks with Oxford Finance that Duncan mentioned he was in. This was mentioned by him a before Easter and an update long overdue
* Update on the vaccine program with Merck and milestone payments. We are 2.5yrs in and a milestone payment could be material. Just 100m of this let alone 347m would materially change our SP

And 4D has FA to do with VAL, they are both suffering as a result of the decline in the Bio index. I like a diverse portfolio that's why i also hold mining stocks and PMs.

Exactly, Both Brokers re-confirmed the same rating at March 22 and further attention was brought to these broker rating yesterday.
Lets see how events unfold.

Both US Broker notes are at $37 and $40 price targets and maintain a VERY STRONG BUY rating.
The SP on the NASDAQ is at close $ 3.37hence the ten bag comment.

Don't get me wrong its made sweet FA difference to us here and stateside its not even on the map yet
But hey maybe one day.....

Probably a damp squib, normally always is.... its what we have been used to, game playing and manipulation.

However, Currently they want stock in on L2, makes a refreshing change. I posted yesterday that they posted a massive 5000000 available on the BID at 35p then took it off. It was almost like, we have this buyer who wants a lot of stock but lets not let the price run away, let the shorters keep shorting and lets just take as much in as possible cheap.

Today no RNS on the event which whilst not massive news we all know it normally adds a penny or two to the share price. Is it held back to allow more stock to be acquired as cheap as possible?...

Interesting... see how events unfold the positive side of me thinks we will soon get that long overdue break here, the negative side says, nooo more manipulation probably need to wait longer...

Do we not think it interesting that he released the RNS on the NASDAQ after close last night ready for the next NASDAQ session at open, 2.30pm our time yet did NOT release an RNS on the AIM.

I'm sure that you can't disadvantage one market over another, so is this RNS delayed because something is being posted alongside it or has Duncan plain forgot to update us or does he feel that UK investor support is so low that as this is a stateside event and doesn't concern us and we wont be interested anyhow?

It's so annoying as really in the bigger picture its not actually that much cash to fully fund a P3. Just more than they have currently hence the need for a partner to help fund this stage. 20m USD that's about 16m Sterling.

Posted after closing stateside so should see RNS here at open. For what its worth there was some afterhours buying and the stock went up +2.21% in aftermarket on LBPS

The lab is a massive value add to the long term plans, makes sense and will get covered imo.
I am very confident of that. No wand required.

Let me rephrase my second question; on the assumption then that you think they have the skills to develop 201 in the trials themselves. How much cash approximate would it take to fund inhouse the trial stages? Could shareholders support that cost to get it over the line?? What are we talking??

As far as I'm concerned 201 is potentially an amazing asset , when that drug is positioned the Value will be significant. I'm thinking can it all be done in the UK without creating a stateside SPV and US involvement?

Interested if anyone has ideas on this, if not i will try and research how other Bios have done it and the costs involved....

Frankly now is the time to BUY not SELL but that's the markets for you. PI are happy to capitulate positions and give stock away cheap when markets fall. If you need the cash or have a better investment proposition to support fair enough. Perhaps a name change to Buy High Sell Low is more appropriate.

Look this is the AIM market, this is a penny share and its going to be volatile by its very nature. Its not for the nervous. Add to that the Bio index that has fallen and the war in Ukraine and the market is ugly currently.

It has been frustrating that the SP had been falling in line with the Bio index and then on the news the SP rise was a mere 1.75p and then the next day we lost 1p and now it looks like we are losing the .75 so back to where we was as if the news event never came. It wont always be like this.

Its equally frustrating that the FDA on Blautix is taking as long as it is however it is what it is. We have much for them to update further on. My advise would be SELL if you need the cash, BUY /ADD if you are adventurous and can accept risk and HOLD same reasons.

The disconnect now between value and the SP is a farce and not worth talking about. Its proven to be supporting 0518 with Merck and as such has a value to them. The vaccine program is sill active and updates due. At some point that major re-rate will come imo its kind of a case of when.

You pay your money you take your chances.

Well our current SP is on the floor and frankly makes a total utter farce of the AIM market
No justification what so ever
You could understand it if the data out was crap but its not, they are advancing and going from strength to strength.
I don't think the SP would be any worse if they had issued a statement saying that the LBPs didn't work, did FA in trials and were a total waste of time because that's what the SP tells us.
The SP has as good as crashed that's how i see it.
Shorted to death, oversold and next to zero market interest.
I am building on this one in my portfolio as a recovery play frankly.
Bloody ridiculous

It was on at 35p and then taken off, its now showing up again at 31p. Could well be done to give that impression.

I think they know that shorts are attacking this and the buyer is thinking lets see how much we can fill, how much retail might sell to fill it as low as possible.

If it doesn't get filled they will end up having to fill at a premium. It can come off the book as quick as it went on.

Watch this space, i am still on the page that a bid is going to land for this business
