The attempt by scumbag shorters to try and scare retail into selling or put off from buying is truly incredible. Stock is now OVERSOLD and a major bounce inbound hence the concentrated effort by those short as expected.

Markets have been challenging all around not just in relation to the biotech sector BUT they will steady as they always do.

Discussion yet again descending into a farce here by low quality de-ramp posts of zero content or today as some are just clearly bored or working hard to create FUD to support short positions. That's fair enough. We haven't had an update in a few weeks now, longest period in six years and there is much to hear back about so its kind of expected. Devil makes work for idle hands as they say....

I still believe its just a matter of time really, much still going on at 4D. Updates ARE expected at any moment and i have every confidence that Duncan will update us. Lets not loose the focus with FUD posts distracting:-

FDA on Blautix due imminently and possible early licensing deal or support for P3 could drop.
Confirmation on first patient dosing in P2 for MRx0518 and Bavencio in urothelial carcinoma
Complete enrolment in P1 pancreatic cancer. Would be a bonus if M J Fox foundation can add further support.
Presentation of the Asthma data MRx-4DP004 then commencing the part B
Expecting some sort of update on the talks with Oxford Finance that Duncan mentioned he was in. This was only mentioned by him a few weeks ago and we have had the Easter Holidays in that time but an update overdue
Update on the vaccine program with Merck and milestone payments

One or all of the above may well drop any moment.

Meanwhile, still of the opinion that a bid could well be tabled at any moment due to this radio silence. If he was doing a placing he would be doing interviews and everything possible to ramp up the share price ahead of one, he is not hence something is likely already agreed or in progress. Maybe Oxford extension, some milestone payments or some other deal or a plain take over about to happen but something is going on. Whilst the SP remains down here at 4D they remain completely vulnerable imo to a takeover but time will tell.

Its coming together. Game Changing Life changing stuff. Every trial data set of results has been brilliant and advances made IMO. Yes the SP is a wreck and a total disconnect between the SP and true value and volumes low hence teh manipulation. Those short having a field day and We are now back at Aug 20 prices but one good update or fund move and this SP can move materially higher in a flash.

Now is the time to be buying whilst others are fearful. I remain confident here. I am adding and have confidence in my conviction.

I am not going to explain again why this stock is materially undervalued and worth a few quid a share. You are either trying to support a short or just out for plain mischief, either way its pathetic. You cant reason with the unreasonable so i'm not wasting anymore time on you.

As i previously mentioned:-
The financial year runs through to the end of December. This means that the last possible day to hold an AGM would be on Thursday 30th June 22. The last possible date to advise us via RNS of the pending AGM would be on Thursday 9th June 22. So they still have plenty of time yet although i wouldn't expect them to hold it right on the wire but they have that option.

Its now 35 days since the results and no AGM Notice...Compliments of poster @danialdruff For the record, here are prior years;-

2016 - 23 days
2017 - 7 days
2018 - 3 days
2019 - 5 days
2020 - 10 days
2021 - 15 days

I don't agree, granted that's what happened recently but SO was selling into it. We are not in that position now but lack volume. In Aug 20 had you done that you suggest you would not have brought at 40p and exited at £1.80 you would have missed the gain at every turn cashing out far too early on minor gains and never hitting the big returns.

Sustained news resulting in PI buying in or sustained buying from an II would materially change the SP here for sure.

Alternatively a left of field event like a major Vaccine milestone payment or early Blautix licence deal on a P3 and FDA agreement or something like that would do the trick.

This is why the SP can be so easily manipulated.
A news event will create interest but i'm kind of on the page now that the next RNS will be regarding a takeover.

If they were heading for a placement they would be pumping the hell out of the SP with loads of noise, interviews etc to create interest to bolster the SP ready for a placing. The fact they are not defending is VERY telling, the clocks ticking on the AGM notification date so we are going to get some notification real soon.

The focus is on the LBP work from Ferring (RBX2660), Finch (CP-101), and Seres (SER-109) but it endorses the market direction. I remain totally convinced that LBPs are the future and 4D practically control this space. That has to be worth something.

4D are at the forefront and the work with Merck is delivering amazing results. Its clearly a matter of time IMO before they are part of Merck. Over 1,000 patents and yesterday further filings were confirmed.

Meanwhile, the mcap here is currently so low its almost akin to petty cash transaction for Merck to acquire. I seriously think this is now just a case of waiting for the RNS confirmation of same.

I totally agree with you and we can only hope in that sort of situation that a bidding war starts. On a positive note Duncan and the team have a vested interest in securing the best SP they can for shareholder value but we all know that a business is only worth what someone will pay for it. There should be more than one party that would want this asset and that would help drive up asset values - time will tell.

Meanwhile, the SP manipulation here is bloody ridiculous. Guess we will find out soon enough,

They just batter the SP down with Auto sells to shake as many retail out as possible and then drive the Auto buys hard back in to gain further share. Manipulation at its best,

I am still of the opinion that an order is being filled in the 40p range. No confirmation on AGM date yet, filings on Patents to get all ducks in a row, this has TO written all over it, watch this space.

Think about it... why would Merck pay a 300m+ milestone payment on the Vaccine program, any advance on 0518 to support keytruda, should Blautix secure FDA taking it to P3 and a licensing deal when they can acquire the entire company for less?

Mcap is currently a joke... BID IMO at £1.50 representing a 20 odd percentage increase to last placing.
Deal being done is my best guess.
Company not defending the SP as the objective is already in mind.

Play on L2 also looks interesting, wont tempt fate these things have a habit of flipping at any given moment
Less resistance to break 42p going up than their is to break 40p going down. A mass of stock on the bid at 39.95p and no takers.
Whilst we are massively in OVERSOLD territory kind of feels like the only way is up from here...

Meanwhile, on a more serious note, i won't tempt fate but it does look like the XBI has bottomed and there was a good bounce starting on the NASDAQ yesterday. If that continues i can see Biotech Stocks starting to do really well again, this one for certain. Interesting times...

For the purpose of entertainment, I will reply to you although I have to admit I am a bit sick of repeating myself to you are you are clearly hell bent on just posting for the purpose of de-ramping to either support a short position or just for mischief. It feels kind of pointless to me to be doing this.

Anyhow, you state that you perceive the business to have zero value and you deduce this purely on the basis that the share price has declined since the placement and that’s your primary reason. Where’s the logic in that? It is totally floored.

4D is an advancing Biotech, making progress with significant data and the dominant player with over 1,000 patents in this sector. Blautix is awaiting FDA and should move to P3 and likely early licensing deals, that line alone is worth more than the current market cap. Then you come onto 0518 the work with Merck and the Vaccines, the work in respect of Bavencio, the pancreatic cancer programs the Immuno-oncology, Neurodegeneration and not to mention the Asthma and lifestyle lines. 14 drugs at various stages in the pipeline and an established manufacturing facility to bring LBPs into mainstream. There is value in this, significant value.

Appreciate the SH journey has been rocky, the SP is down and there is a massive disconnect between the SP and true value, but this will right itself. Just a matter of time it wont necessarily continue to decline. Currently the SP is showing signs of break out and a lot can change here.

This is life changing, game changing stuff that is making a difference and ultimately Share Holders will reap the rewards for supporting them. Let’s see how events unfold but if you insist on continually de-ramping here at least put some substance behind your messages. Just de-ramping with constant negative messages without substance is not adding to the discussion. Thanks

A hedge fund recently bought a new stake in 4D pharma stock. Morgan Stanley bought a new stake in 4D pharma plc during the first quarter, according to its most recent disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The institutional investor bought 21,369 shares of the company’s stock, valued at approximately $253,000. Morgan Stanley owned approximately 0.13% of 4D pharma as of its most recent SEC filing.

Regarding the AGM, there are two key points to note on the AIM:-

1. The Annual General Meeting must be held within a period of six months, from the date of closing of the financial year,” section 96 of the Companies Act says.
