Small amount of slippage on trials but frankly to be expected with Covid which did cause delays but back on track. I still believe its just a matter of time here really, much still going on at 4D.

Updates ARE expected at any moment and i have every confidence that Duncan will update us. Lets not loose the focus with the FUD posts and idiots distracting with calls of impending doom, markets were all down yesterday but they tend to bounce back ultimately and anyhow we will hear soon iro:-

FDA on Blautix due imminently and possible early licensing deal or support for P3 could drop.
Confirmation on first patient dosing in P2 for MRx0518 and Bavencio in urothelial carcinoma
Complete enrolment in P1 pancreatic cancer.
Dosing in respect of Parkinsons program, following Feb FDA clearance of MRx0005 and MRx0029, Would be a bonus if M J Fox foundation can add further support.
Presentation of the Asthma data MRx-4DP004 then commencing the part B, presentation next week
Expecting some sort of update on the talks with Oxford Finance that Duncan mentioned he was in. This was mentioned by him a before Easter and an update long overdue
Update on the vaccine program with Merck and milestone payments

One or all of the above may well drop any moment.

Meanwhile, still of the opinion that a bid could well be tabled at any moment due to this radio silence.

Lets face it IF they didnt do a placing 1/4 in line with the Oxford Finance requirement, they must know that either a) a milestone, licensing or some other revenue creating event is about to land b)are extending loan finance in some otherway or c)know that a T/O is guaranteed and on the horizon.

They all had pay rises, they have recruited additional senior staff, they have just filed more patents for further advances, these are not the signs of a business about close are they. They currently have sufficient capital into Q4 and Oxford Finance potentially on top taking them into 2023. Personally, i believe they will become an R&D division of Merck before the year is out - that's my call. If not Merck then one of the others likely

Frankly I'm sick of @Sang and his conspiracy ideas and 24/7 de-ramping campaign.

He posts total FUD here to put investors off, probably to support a short position. I mean what a joke. You know i hold a material position here and I have been adding to it. That's my call, that's my risk. Yesterday 12/4 i posted 4 times. Busy with other business interests. Sang on the other hand posted 19 times. YES 19 dam times to de-ramp here and claims he doesn't hold stock. Go figure.

Finally, as for his 7.5m oxford comment. What total and utter b@llox. Like Oxford are going to say, you can draw down 7.5m and we will charge you interest on it but BTW you cant spend any of it, no, its just to look at in your bank account. If you do an equity raise you still cant spend it as it needs to be held in reserve... can he not see the floor in his argument. What an idiot. He is green box now for me.

Guy really needs a hard think about best use of his time, perhaps work in a food bank or better still go and help out at a local hospice and UNDERSTAND how desperate cancer cures are needed and just maybe, just maybe he might reconsider his 24/7 campaign here to try and damage this business which successful or not is at least trying in the space to make a difference and needs Investors to get behind them.

The business has significant worth, it has a significant manufacturing plant and assets for a start, 2,000 patents and we think possibly more now and key drugs at advanced stages, one of which is supporting Keytruda a 17bn a year revenue product.

The business and results are sound, its the SP that is not. Keep de-ramping lets see how events unfold.

Oh the FUD comments and negative threads started by new posters this morning is a bloody joke. Come on shorter's you can try harder than that. We are two pence off.... you are not getting my shares that's for sure...

I continue to add. Company funded to the end of the year. AGM Confirmation shortly we will be expected to vote, this is investing. I don't believe some of the comments are genuine, they are to drive shorts and encourage sells. BUT if you really are that concerned sell, capitulate your position and move on. This is AIM its volatile by nature.

Bit disappointing the amount of posts this afternoon from those apparently NOT invested here warning us all of impending doom. Suspect shorts open again stateside in line with the Biotech index decline BUT they will need buying back closing so a sharp bounce in the SP likely soon. I continue to take advantage of this fall back by adding further.

I continue to build here, I have zero intention of capitulating my position any time soon, no logic in that whatsoever irrespective of how crap the SP is. This is a time for buying the stock not selling it. I am also in a fortunate position where i can just leave it for the next twelve months or however long it takes, But i do respect that some have sold and can't do that.

As i see it, the science is right and they are delivering, ground breaking results. 0518 is supporting keytruda and we will hear more on this for one sure. Reducing cancer tumour sizes and extending life is just amazing frankly. Then we have MRx0005 and MRx0029, for the treatment of Parkinson's disease, which was FDA cleared in February, dosing starts anytime now so we will hear more on that one. Blautix we await FDA for the P3 due any moment and they are about to present on the Asthma trials.

Its all to play for as far as i'm concerned. The massive disconnect between the Share Price and realistic value grows wider by the day. What a cracking entry buying point at these levels. The entire market is down and the Biotech sector especially hit hard but it will bounce back, of that i remain confident it really is just a matter of time.

Anyhow, Good luck all whatever your call. They will need to call the AGM shortly and i suspect they will want something positive to talk about to get shareholders back on side, we will see.....

Yes, indeed he does. It’s called cornering the market, they will practically own this space.

When this blows it will be BIG style IMO all ducks currently being lined up

The data results are telling us that LBPs work and the data in line with the partners, specifically 0518 is proving success, in fact its game changing hence why I remain quietly confident.

Can’t say what the SP will do short term, who cares, the value disconnect grows by the day but I’m sticking with it and adding as funds permit.

What i do know however is that these markets always tend to bounce back and ultimately they will right themselves

I'm still VERY confident here. Yes the SP is on its ars@ yes we have to put up with shorter's, idiots and those that like to relish in declining share prices all day in this forum BUT the business is delivering results.

We have a massive gap between the true value of the business and the Share Price but as the updates drop the position is going to materially change here. That's of course unless Merck just swoop and take them out with a T/O bid in one hit.

Frankly, You could open one day here to an RNS saying deal in progress. That would stuff anyone short. Be poetic justice in some ways.

I have zero concerns here. My entire portfolio is down today across the board, we have periods like this. Even my precious metals are down today as well, i have no concerns its called long term investing. This period will pass.
