Long Term: SP will catch up with the value proposition here.

Whilst the traders are hanging around trying to catch pence it would be poetic justice if something left of centre did land such as a bid or early deal on a product line to significantly move this and they miss the boat. We can but hope guys.

In the meantime, I maintain my position that LBPs are the future and there is a mountain of evidence pointing that way regarding the microbiome and connectivity to improved health.

Just a matter of time really, much going on and updates expected at any moment:-

FDA on Blautix due imminently and possible early licensing deal or support for P3could drop.
Confirmation on first patient dosing in P2 for MRx0518 and Bavencio in urothelial carcinoma
Complete enrolment in P1 pancreatic cancer. Would be a bonus if M J Fox foundation can add further support.
Presentation of the Asthma data MRx-4DP004 then commencing the part B
Expecting some sort of update on the talks with Oxford Finance that Duncan mentioned he was in.

One or all of the above may well next week.

Meanwhile, still of the opinion that a bid will be tabled any moment. Whilst the SP remains down here they are completely vulnerable imo.

Why anyone wants to de-ramp or short at this level is beyond me. Share holders have been through enough and its not like we are at £4 we are at forty odd pence. Just a joke. 10% of both broker targets, ridiculous.

What's frustrating is that from 4 yesterday the buys were just flooding in and we ended with more buys than sells yet the SP closed down for the day. Trying to shake out more PI IMO.

The way its gone with the SP manipulation etc frankly I think most SH would support a Merck T/O they have had a hell of a ride this last year.

So are you saying then that in principle they could get in an extra 24m of cash via the issue of these warrants?

If so then does this not strengthen the company cash position further or am i missing something here?

Well we are about to find out.
Not sure exactly what they are doing. If they are effectively gifting 22m shares to select shareholders on the basis that those shareholders subscribe for 16m at $1.53 then to raise the cash then its only good for the select few.

Only positive is that whatever the case today it has to secure support by over 75% by shareholders at an AGM they would need to schedule. So we do at least have time to properly evaluate. i wont be making any knee jerk decisions but expect the usual naysayers to turn up today.... Vultures and all that.

Well we can expect full details by RNS i would imagine at 7.00am

It looks like in round figures they intend to issue 22 million shares Initially. We have 180m currently issued plus they are offering Warrants (options) to those subscribers of a further 16 million shares on the basis of 1 share for every 3.76575 shares they subscribed for over up to 5 years.

The additional warrant US offer of $1 .53 a share for every 3.76575 is at the price as the previous placing. In cash terms it brings $24.9m working capital into the business

What i can't yet work out is if this is fait accompli. Are we going to see an RNS with a share offer or is it these are shares being issued and we don't get a look in. I suspect its the latter.

In which case some likely SP turbulence whilst SH work out the benefits v the extra dilution but it puts to bed any talk of finance issues and i see it as a major positive going forwards.

At least we now know why the SP was being held by MMs in the range.

He is not holding. He sold out at 37p and now wants back in and spreading FUD in the hope of encouraging PI to sell so he can get his target re-entry price.
He has done the Hokey Cokey with this stock for months - total prize A1 ****** in my opinion.

They don't offer to lend 7.5m but only to keep as cash at bank.

There is a clear disconnect here between the company, its ops and the mkt cap. We can all have an opinion as to WHY that is, but we all essentially most agree there is a disconnect.

The last update on mrx518 was 'resounding good news' yet at the time we had SO funds closing out and selling into the price rise pushing us down and we are still trading at a very undervalued price.

If that RNS had put us on 350p a share, nobody would be complaining and making some of the comments here that they are.

Equally, a further update or even just a fund buying in could well push us materially higher again shortly - i can wait, I'm in no hurry..

I am active on this board currently as i consider it will become a major player. I don't post as regular on other stocks i back.

Further i have stock at numerous price points from 80p, 60p 55p and including big blocks at 36p and 39p, i didn't catch rock bottom but i can tell you i have no intention of selling ANY stock until over £2 but that's my business.

This is a penny share on the AIM index, the SP is volatile goes with the territory

If its too hot in the kitchen don't invest here but spending your hours de-ramping is just proves what a total two fact CU next Tuesday you really are... Shame because you can add value but only when you hold stock.
