@Sang
If we were in December 2022 now and Oxford had declined further draw downs and no hope of raising capital and nothing materialised from any of the drug dev lines, i might be more concerned. But we are not.
They have sufficient funding, they have confirmed same. What else can Duncan do? If its a trust issue then yes you are right to sell but why hang around like a bad smell de-ramping all day long. Have you nothing better to do with your time?
Frankly, I'm expecting an update from Duncan to confirm whatever terms he has secured or extended with Oxford and if the 17.5m of further draw downs are likely - that alone would give the SP and boost and No SO around this time to sell into it.
Jeeze sang, if it was it Kalido that spooked you, that's sad, its a bloody food supplement bio but frankly ANY business on the AIM absolutely ANY of them, if they run out of cash its like a heart attack. 4D are NOT in that position, worse case scenario they could raise 150m capital on the NASDAQ but they are in no hurry to do that.
The call you need to make is would i see an ROI investing at 40p? If yes invest, if no don't. Your call currently is not to risk investing and that's fine, perfectly sensible not to take risks.
With that decision in mind you should move on, support companies where you want to see a return. There has to be a better use of your time than posting on something you have no vested interest in?
I won't engage further as this is a total distraction. its got boring, other investors don't want to read it. so in closing i wish you well, good luck with your future investments, take care, good night.
Pork's
