I know you wear your heart on your sleeve but you are kind of turning into a negative bad luck pixie, only popping up the moment the SP goes down to proclaim how crap it is...

Be positive, science has to out here. Its bloody brilliant what they are doing. Sure share volumes are low and traders / investors are chasing rainbows elsewhere but things change and can move quickly on the AIM. Duncan is due to update on a number of areas, including Oxford Finance and frankly we all know how oversold this stock is.

Ultimately, you cant have what i think could become a major cancer cure and it worth fck all. at some point the SP here has to catch up with the science... well one hopes so anyhow..

Don't forget also that only two weeks back stateside the brokers reconfirmed strong BUY ratings....

Chardan Capital and Landenburg Thalmann they are the two brokers stateside. I put a tweet out of same 31/3:-

Michael Higgins at Landenburg restated their VERY STRONG BUY rating. Frankly though its not doing us much good yet, the recommendation is almost eight times the current share price, although volumes are picking up stateside which i guess is at least a positive and if @Devonlad is right about increasing liquidity stateside it could get interesting yet.

Once this Oliveria Monkey is off our back, anytime now, up we go i recon...

Quick Maths:
$37 USD to $40 USD converted to sterling at .77 gives us £28.40 to £30.70
8 to 1 conversion LBPS to DDDD gives us £3.55 to £3.83

err hello... average target of £3.69 v current SP £0.39

Comment by @Devonland had an interesting theory that brokers stateside were getting ready for increased volume on the NASDAQ and that blocks were being transferred from the AIM starting to reduce free float here as SO was selling and increase liquidity stateside.
Don't know enough about the workings by brokers stateside BUT what i would say is that compared to our stateside peers this is a $600m to $800m play all day long at the stages they are at.
Maybe, the forthcoming FDA update regarding Blautix will be our catalyst for major buying change on the NASDAQ as they are likely to pay higher attention to it than we would here on the AIM...

But that's the past its the investment case from here that counts now and the risk reward ratio is looking very tasty in favour of the Bulls.

Now is the time to be getting greedy frankly. AS WB says, BUY when others are frightened.

Buying at Aug 20 prices and this Bio has materially advanced in its progress. Agree that the Share Price hasn't yet caught up but retail investors are fickle and its just a short matter of time.

A few further updates due and VERY shortly the picture will look very different. The fundamentals here are solid. The science is life changing and Ground breaking.

For what its worth, i wouldn't touch Avacta with a ten foot bargepole but each to their own. You have to do your DD and make your choices. Good luck.

We are VERY close now to a major rebound in the share price.

What we are dealing with IMO is the effects of the remaining Oliveira Nemean Asset management fund closing down and selling off its last few shares and some shorts starting to close out. So, we are seeing this push pull on the order book. Once this clears, I believe we will move up materially.

On the 23rd March Nemean had 2% confirmed 3.6m stock left to sell. We have had some big volume days since that confirmation.

Prior to that on the 18th March he had confirmed they had 3.84% or 6.9m shares to sell. So, in other words they managed to offload 3.3m of shares in 4 working days BUT that did include a VERY high volume day when they sold into the ground breaking 0518 data.

The effects of this are obvious namely, it reduced the impact of the 0518 news as the SP rise wasn’t sustained due to them selling into it giving the impression that the news wasn’t as ground breaking as it actually was. I really believe that sentiment has a massive impact on investors buying or selling shares.

Now it’s been circa 12 working days since that last notification so IMO there is every chance, he is either fully out already or dam close to it. Now we have shorts reducing, Bronte had gone from .5 to .44 that’s 800,000 left to buy back BUT there are other shorts still to close hence some of the de-ramping messages we see here from those desperate for retail to sell despite us now already being in serious oversold territory.

Let’s see how events unfold but whilst not wanting to tempt fate, I really recon next week could well prove to be a very good week for us. The SP is back at August 20 prices. Spookily, it was at that time the SP rallied after the Woodman fund collapse and we rallied from 40p to £1.80.

Now if history could repeat itself, I’m sure a lot of investors would start feeling a lot more confident about the business and its share price and more positivity on these boards would follow very quickly.

What i would add say though is that if FDA are looking to fast track to take finding cures for cancers more seriously then i see that as a real positive. Certainly will benefit 4D if FDA can move quicker going forwards

Always surprises me how dam long these processes take in Biotech's but one good thing that did come out of Covid was it proved that we can fast track something when we want to. Vaccine was developed and manufactured in no time.
Now if we could start fast tracking other potential cures at least through phases hopefully we can see at least an improvement in the gestation period from idea to production.

Anyhow, onwards and upwards here, Very confident for 4Ds future...

2 years of progress , game changing, life changing progress and we are back at 37p odd. You couldn't make it up.

Ultimately something has to give here, getting ridiculous, its so oversold it's a eyewatering. A significant snap back has to be on the cards here....

Maybe just a simple update on the Oxford Finance deal will do it? We know business is capitalised into Q4 and into 23 with the further Oxford drawdowns but those shorting don't care less.

Its all stock that needs buying back. I continue to add and wait as wait does, our time in the sun is well overdue here...

The market leader in the IBS space currently is Amitiza which later became lubiprostone. This product alone is in a 3.3bn pa market place

Amitiza was acquired for 1.2bn and In my considered opinion, Blautix® is potentially a far far more effective solution. For one thing Amitiza does not work for all suffers of IBS. The trial results from 4D are higher in effectiveness than when Amitiza was on trials at the same stage when it was acquired and Blautix has zero side effects.

This product was acquired on funded P3. The only thing holding Blautix back from getting a license deal from a pharma where they fund P3 and take through to commercialisation IMO is the FDA delay. Moment we get the FDA approval i suspect a deal can be done on that specific line. Delays have been due to covid, FDA has to be close now????

BUT my point is, lets get some perspective. We are 69m currently, its a bloody joke. Blautix, I just mentioned has possibly the smallest potential and even that line that dwarfs the current mcap.

What is 0518 worth to Merck? a dam sight more than 69m, many many multiples of same frankly i can tell you,,,
