Duncan has said that they met the milestones with Oxford Finance and he is currently talking to them. This was three days ago.

All this crap on this forum today is pure FUD created by shorters and those wanting a cheaper entry

Its a total distraction from all the great things this business is currently doing. i.e the 0518 data results, bloody brilliant BUT shorter's don't care about that do they....

I suspect we will get an update early next week and hopefully anyone short gets a spanking, ultimately the borrowed stock has to be brought back

No what you are doing is creating FUD about a possible raise on the NASDAQ for 2023 IF its required.

Firstly, they have sufficient cash at bank through Q4 and secondly a finance arrangement with Oxford finance where they have met the milestones to facilitate further capital draw downs into 2023 should they be required is also available

I addition it's also possible that Blautix gets licensed this year once we know the FDA position is known and that could also support, then you have funded trials that could become a feature especially with result data this good

Before this crap FUD talk today it was all gaps, SO in fact anything to short this. Drug data results from trials amazing - I remain a buyer, if it's not for you, not that it ever was rather than trying to save us all why not invest your energy where you do want to buy stock

Personally, i believe that LBPs will ultimately be bigger than antibiotics hence, i continue to accumulate further and add in my investment fund. Come Tuesday i will also add further to both of my adult children's ISA funds.

So as pointed out by @Sharcus the Results statement has been issued stateside so we can expect the UK RNS at open. It was issued on this same day last year so as expected.

Quick Precis:-
This has been issued today which also marks day one of Q2
Nothing in it really that we don’t already know frankly.
We are better placed today than we were on this exact same day last year. Better financially positioned and many drug stages are now proven with results which are fantastic.
SP obviously hammered on this day last year £1.13 v .48p Today.

Financials:-
Costs are marginally improved on last year but broadly in line with expectations.
We already know about Oxford Finance deal and Duncan confirmed verbally that the milestones were met, presume that’s in relation to the proof now out that 0518 works. The statement doesn’t detail anything further.

Operations:-
All of the operational highlights are solid/ strong. Where the trial data is out they have delivered exceptional data results proving they work.
Every drug candidate is successful

Objectives for 2022:-
The trial timelines have slipped by up to a quarter:-
Dosing PII study of MRx0518 & Bavencio® Is expected this Q now – was Q1
PI Pancreatic cancer enrolment is expected this Q now – was Q1
Asthma conference is May - Expected
Asthma B Trial and Parkinsons Trial expected H2 now – Was Q2

Still await updates on Blautix® from FDA and next steps in RCC which are imminent – expect news on this shortly.

In all, it’s as expected. I continue to build out my position and add on any weakness.

Monotherapy results due, they should be in by now will likely release early next week.
That could be a significant catalyst if they are good as it will show that 518 can work on its own.

Thank goodness a kind person has come to save us all and passed on news about a stateside shorting group out to destroy the business. I best sell all my stock in the morning, that was lucky, phew...

Back on planet reality, the volume stateside is 800k which is fck all, the volume here today was not that exciting at 2.8m. I suspect as sales volume was higher than buying volume SO offloaded remaining stock into the close. There is NO declared shorting group over .5% fact. Stateside or UK side.

Meanwhile a number of small shorts may well want to close positions before the end of the financial year. Bronte is one with 800k of stock short that needs buying back. Hence, many need to buy back. As such they really want the SP down as low as possible hence this BS story tonight to try and scare a few retail into selling to support their cause.

Each to their own but i will be adding further and as the updates that are due any moment land this will materially boost the SP.

What I'm trying to say, but probably not wording it right, not strengthen the microbiome as such but if specific elements into a LBP can be taken that prevent Lupus then in principle it could counter the side effects from Pfiser maybe??

The more data comes out, the more we realise what a big a part the Micobiome is playing in our health - what are your thought's on this??

Now I'm no scientist but that sounds really interesting to me because hypothetically if a specific 4D LBP proves to strengthen the microbiome and prevent Lupus it could be quite possible for it to run alongside the Pfizer treatment to counter against its side effect and moreover, the 4D LBP would be 100% safe in doing so.
Tell you something if that is the case, how amazing is that?

We know from Duncan's comments that they are going to extend into other trials. with 1,000 patents across 16 classes this new class of drugs will become absolutely massive IMO. Strategically, if FDA can revert on Blautix and get that commercialised it could also fund numerous other new programs.

Alternatively, build it out with more partners and licence deals but i still fear that Merck will take this over before they get chance. No way will Merck want this falling into a competitors hand now that its proven that 0518 can strengthen Keytruda. Now it looks like Pfiser could also be supported.....

It will hot up here for sure, irrespective of the current SP manipulation, matter of time

David can't do a director buy with SP critical news due as far as i know
BUT, the update on the when, where and who with he can give us once known. As soon as Investors are clear on that, it will restore confidence and we can move forwards for sure.

Obviously MMs are Very good at taking stock off the impatient and Investors these days want quick returns on the AIM. Personally, i really like David but he has made a royal fudge regarding organisation of the drill.

Shareholder's had this massive build up from David, great updates, 2D data looking good, a number of great interviews all telling us the potential of the basin and how they are going to go to discovery to production this year, then we get the results and his presentation where he as good as says he is flying someone out to look at a rig. I mean not being bloody funny but why didn't they start that process six month's earlier whilst the 2D was being carried out, So we would now be good to go?

Also, as Zac Mir pointed out David's statement was so scientifically confusing it was ridiculous. I don't doubt David knows what he is talking about but bloody hell the investor community doesn't, it just needed simplifying

On a positive note, none of these things are insurmountable but he has talked the talk and he now needs to walk the walk. Confirm the drilling arrangements and forward plans to get this moving

Valirx has its merits but;

The only similarity is that they are both trying to make a difference against the backdrop of low biotech investment conditions. I would argue that Valirx SP is actually performing VERY well over the year currently having gone from a placing rate of 6p to 35p today V 4D which has had a disastrous performance whilst trying to establish having fallen from a £1.10 placing rate to currently 50p. Investors over there need over a 100% gain just to get money back..

I own shares in BOTH businesses. This is not an us and them situation, a mutually exclusive club just its prudent to have a balanced portfolio as far as I'm concerned,

Appreciate they just delivered cracking data readouts in respect of 0518 with Keytruda but there is still much more to come:-

IBS: Blautix®, awaiting regulatory feedback, delayed due to COVID-19 – Come on FDA this is imminent now lets have it….

Oncology: MRx0518 + Bavencio® Phase II, first patient dosing expected Q1 2022 – they should RNS on this any moment.

Oncology: MRx0518 Phase I pancreatic cancer, complete enrolment expected Q1 2022 – they should RNS on this any moment regarding progress.

Outside of the above, come on update us:-

Asthma: MRx-4DP0004 Phase I/II, Part B is expected to commence shortly

Parkinson’s: MRx0005 / MRx0029 Phase I, is expected to commence shortly

Monotherapy readout due anytime now

Oxford Finance discussions ongoing and update due. We know that Milestones were reached hence likely that further drawdowns will be agreed hence lets be updated.

Finally, if they get a decent result in NSCLC I totally agree that the SP will go boom. Imagine being able to take a pill with no side effects that helps with lung cancer is unheard of. 5 year survival rates for NSCLC across all stages is 26%, SCLC is just 7%.
