I had been hoping for positive results but these surpassed my expectations. Brilliant . Plus dividend up 6 per cent . Delighted with the company and its performance .

Looks to be a good fit . Key is whether the assets were bought at a good price ?

Thank you, I agree very unusual and I also doubt that it will continue for long post the move. After doing research and not least your comments iIwent for the non voting shares which whilst fallen back am still happy with my decision. The last set of results and the attached presentation greatly impressed me. Seems to me to be a company emerging from a long period under the family and with the new ceo a decision to become more dynamic..... I hope. Yes, the N and A will move to the main board.

In the last year the N are up 15% and A down 8%. This is a significant narrowing of the discount.

Could be due to IHT focused funds selling mostly the A shares, and the buy back focused on the N shares.

Dual share classes are very much the minority now, in fact quite a rarity……I can see the next move being to unify the classes by issuing a new share to both shareholders in slightly different allocation rates….in which case may the valuation gap continue to close.

So it looks like they are going to list both shares on the main market ?
