I thought the uk figures were rather flat and the average room rate suggests a number of rooms empty for possible significant time given the price you have to pay for a room. What was impressive, however, were the German figures. That haS become a little and expanding goldmine.

Hi , I happen to know a few billionaires and many millionaires . When I had lunch with one of the former he was appalled that I had all my assets in the Uk . EVERY person he knew of wealth had sold all their assets and moved abroad , including himself . Wealth has flown . Higher debt as taxes will be the final nail for this country with the bond markets

I too am holding . Starmer is clearly going but not sure Burnham will take over or how he will handle the monies needed. Given all the money going on net zero,nhs, immigrants and welfare and the fact that these are almost religious beliefs of the labour party , impossible to see where the money will come from. If they borrow more then I fear the British economy will implode.

Watched the above today. Impressive team led by high quality CEO. Big ambitious plans to grow over the next four years. Very nice dividend with great potential for growth and specials given cash flow. I have added today.

Hi Krusty , sold my remaining ones . You did better than me . I lost a few thousand . Could have done so well if hadn’t played around with portfolio . Much better balanced portfolio now and doing quite well . Fingers crossed for us both . Has been a disaster really

I have recently invested here but have in the last couple of days been reading that the Irish economy is in major trouble . Given the companies large Irish market , does any investor know if these articles are true and what affect it may have on graftons ? Many thanks Sam

I vertainly hope so. I was sitting on a rather large loss yesterday. But I have high hopes for this year. Great products, huge cash flow and share buy backs. I firmly belive its going to really come good .

Having been involved in defence for 30 plus years in senior roles I am finally delighted I bought in at 475p. The products are excellent , many world beaters , the Uk is going to be forced by world events to increase defence expenditure, and finally I believe it to have a huge chance of being a take over target .
