Will be interesting to see where we go from here . Number of non voting share v small now .

Personally my views steady set of figures given the dire and declining state of the country . Houses prices up 21 percent in Spain last year whilst we all get poorer ….

Am I alone in currently buying these ? A huge share buy back programme , debt falling substantially from the initial figure, and a superb product range. Am buying for long term but I think we will in the next couple of years get to £5 especially as more of the debt is paid down . Any other similar or different views welcome ?

I am sorely tempted to buy more taylor wimpey but results tomorrow and the market will punish if even slightly below estimate so keeping my powder dry. I think Haleon is a great buy but sadly only for capital growth,

I wouldn’t disagree . I am happy re div income from other companies but I am totally uncertain what to do with my remaining shares . By end May I will still hold approx £20k and really uncertain as to which way the share price will go . Continue to wait for the next redemption or take a big hit . What are your thoughts ?One thing is certain , this share has cost me a lot in terms of money and time trying to understand the moves . Any decisions by you Krusty ?

If I am correct , then the Redeption is roughly 64p per share . With the dividend added that comes to 65p. In recent days the shares on occasion have traded at 66p. I also note the comment that divs have been in effect suspended going forward . Overall , very disappointed . What do my friends think ?

We will find out shortly but given the small number of shares in circulation and many held by institutions I am not convinced there will be a big sell of . But we all will find out in the next three to four weeks .

Over £3 million a pub . Suppose it depends how long the leases are . Also note a number offer accomodation .

Given the collapse in the share price I am less than impressed that the main board continue to take their huge salaries rather than taking a cut and sharing the pain . I hope that a lot of shareholders will table this question at the forthcoming event

Thank you, I agree very unusual and I also doubt that it will continue for long post the move. After doing research and not least your comments iIwent for the non voting shares which whilst fallen back am still happy with my decision. The last set of results and the attached presentation greatly impressed me. Seems to me to be a company emerging from a long period under the family and with the new ceo a decision to become more dynamic..... I hope. You have been a shareholder for longer than me so very interested in your view. Have a great day , freezing in Suffolk.

Hi Krusty, I am still in currently as hoping the new share redemption, and indeed any others, will be at a premium to whatever the share price is. What I am doing though is putting the redemptions coming in into other companies, l and g and target healthcare to name but two. Hopefully the announcement on march 31 will shed some light.... and indeed more money coming . Bst rgds as always
