For me it was a good move to sell the vessels . I didn’t realise just how cyclical shipping was . Since selling the ships values have fallen further and charter rates have fallen heavily . Therefore sell on highs, buy on dips . I also would welcome the money rather than sitting in their bank . Money can be raised quickly given zero debt should opportunities arise . If we had not sold the ships we would be sitting on debt but also with a huge hit on book values of the fleet . This route is one that the ceos father did in the past with huge success for stakeholders

The big note for me is that the price would be calculated at or near 31 December nav. That would obviously be good

I have decided , given aircraft availability , that they would be cutting off their own nose not to take planes they know so well . Rightly or wrongly I see this as a huge buying opportunity and have made two further buys. Which for some reason show as sells . Each to he’s own and good luck all . Sam

Hi , very difficult to know but if they decide to take the company private I think they will not want to be seen to do that at the expense of existing shareholders . They will likely try and go near to nav . Very difficult as world events could yet me an opportunity presents itself to the company

Hi Mike , dont disagree with your summary that much . Given the ages of the CEO and a number of the board though it is also highly possible the company may just go private .

Hi , envy your average . Yes really impressed with target and in fact have been watching Schroeder’s for some time . As you say the value they give to the share is key . I have a lot invested so will see this through to the end . World so uncertain everything could change in an instance .
