- Irish Bank licence decision within next 6 months should be another strong catalyst to the SP

-A recent press release announcement said Payment Assist lending transactions have topped a billion since launching. Plenty of scope to offer this financing in other sectors

Results impacted by car loan provisions not losses which we were warned about in advance

The government review of BNPL laws is ongoing but MFX are well prepared

So plenty of reasons to be patient yet quietly confident

There's squabbling on the advfn chat. Sad cos shareholders should support each other. I know CT has been here since 3/4p and I've been since 7p. Added along the way, most recently at 25 last month which presently seems to be a bottom support. The problem is the disconnect between owners and lowly SHs., not the strategy, performance in the main or otherwise. We continue to get bad service, bad info and almost none transparency. The results are not always easy to follow. The group is becoming multi national, IoM, England, Ireland. Yet info and messaging is almost shrouded in dark arts and as an element of 'corner shop' about it. The 5% is a tactic to keep certain main holders below the key 29% level and scrip issue, loans at excessive % and share awards following a seemingly unknown reason for price drop. I remain a holder as I think the better performance benefits all. But, in the meantime, some are seriously adding value and SHs are left nearly in the dark. I reckon with inflation a 30p return would no better more than give me break even. I totally blame the non-execs who act or shout even less than the POTUS deputies...sheep. If attendance at the upcoming extravaganza is happening perhaps some would be honest.

Manx Financial Group (MFX) reported FY25 results showing continued balance-sheet growth and resilient underlying trading, although reported profitability was held back by non-recurring items. Profit before tax fell to £7.3m from £9.9m, mainly reflecting a weaker contribution from The Business Lending Exchange and a £1.3m provision relating to the FCA’s review of legacy UK motor finance commission arrangements. Still no results, late May or to the wire again. Can’t be that difficult to publish a schedule instead of leaving us in the dark
