My main concern is the further delay on Nexus. It has generated some debate on ADVFN. It was delayed till summer and now further delay till winter.Fortunately systems are confidently predicted to increase 50% and EBITDA 100% so we are on the move in that regard.

Hi JRC, Info re margins is often commercially sensitive and the average punter doesn't always focus on them because some companies are suspicious re queries. There is a little background in the recent 37 page Cavendish Note. For me this financial year will be the one that settles SRT down. We should be able to clear all debt and raise stock levels to an appropriate level to support the new business levels. We will also need to raise and pay new headcount costs. Once all that is sorted then the only important margin will be the profit margin!!

Thanks for clarifying that the margin claims weren't from Simon himself, but rather speculation from fellow posters.

In response to the webcast notification I did indeed ask Simon if he could explain margins in detail but he chose not to acknowledge my request. Simon did however refer to a query from Cavendish who also appeared to be concerned about margins. Any meaningful explanation appeared to concentrate on ‘jam tomorrow’ when he talked about additional contract margins dropping straight through to the bottom line (fixed overheads now approaching maxing out?).

Might I also make clear that my observation regarding margin levels referred to speculation on this chat room not from the Company itself. I look forward to the detailed Accounts which should provide more insight than the bare results just provided. I will be particularly interested in Gross Margins and the transparency of Overheads breakdown relative to Variables. and if these are simply contract-specific.

Agreed Hounddog - not much new but then the situation now is that we deliver our contracts, evaluate new inquiries and upgrade the best ones to the VSP and then convert them to a sale. It's all basic standard stuff that we are good at doing. We are now at long last in a growing profitable business that has a clear path to run on and a visible revenue stream. Not a unique position to be in but not common either!

There are some new transceiver products on the horizon at some point (not to mention Nexus!!) There will be new contract announcements again at some point. But basically we're there. I might even miss the excitement!
