Bellevue Health Share Price (BBH)

Hmmm. I think a bottom is forming and healthcare is going to make a comeback. This trust may be combined with another as it’s small. Had this one for along time and clearly well down. Started to average down this month onwards in small buys only.

I may be the last mug standing with BBH, but the strategic review announced today can only be considered good news. It will be many months before the outcome is known, but something had to be done to arrest continual underperformance against healthcare indices. At a sp today of 110p, I am 42% down on my original investment, but I'm hanging in for the fun of what happens next.

Just 112p to sell this morning, a seven year low I believe. This Trust continually disappoints - a dog.

P.S. Excellent summary from riverbliss, below and performance has remained below par, as he predicted. The other problem this trust has is the regular continuation/redemption votes, which have shrunk the size of the trust considerably. Plus the paying of divi out of capital, as riverbliss mentions. All-in-all, my patience is wearing thin.

I see Saba Capital, activist investment trust investor extraordinaire, is sniffing around BBH. Wonder when that started? Today, an RNS telling us they've upped their holding:
