Aptitude Software used its AGM statement to flag building momentum behind Fynapse, its AI-powered autonomous finance platform, with two new enterprise wins secured in FY26 to date — a UK telecoms group with over £1bn of revenue and a global insurance brokerage with more than $5bn of revenue. Management is rationalising wider product lines to concentrate investment behind Fynapse and the emerging Finance ERP opportunity, with Fynapse-led deals now representing 84% of the FY26 pipeline. The recurring revenue base is described as resilient with robust cash generation, and renewals and up-sell activity continue across the legacy portfolio.
