Halfords Share Price (HFD)

@TheDetector I am currently out of Halfords. I decided to invest in JD Sports due to the clear and present upside, which has worked out very nicely so far. I will revisit Halfords when time allows. Best of luck - Halfolds continues to climb and not quite finished yet. IMO

BTFAITH1, yes you are super correct.Canaccord Genuity have sp target of 170p which is around a 15% uplift on current sp level.

It may be bumpy road ahead but I am confident of a Halfords good healthy future.

Yes I agree it’s great value and we have also had a few broker upgrades over the last few working days.

Reckon when the ftse stabilises e.g. it’s now plummeting by 100 points (today as an example) it will head towards 1.70.

I am in here and holding for the long term. The course that Halfords is on is very positive. Figures on balance sheet are improving too.Divi is excellent and probably can be held at current levels.

Halfords were approached by Redde Northgate ,a vehicle repair group.The proposed merger valued Halfords at 1.3 billion GBp. Another approach will make the share price go up faster than a November 5th rocket.

Thats all good reasons for a hold here for me.
