'They found that the probability of success was 63% in Phase I trials, 31% in Phase II trials, 58% in Phase III trials and 85% during the regulatory review process, for an overall success rate of 9.6% (63% × 31% × 58% × 85% = 9.6%).30 Jun 2016.'
Interesting Sareum are going for a phase2 and not 1b.
Involves more patients and hence more indicative of effectiveness in the indication in clinical study.
Much more meat on the bones with their intent to follow this route.
From 12 patients original intent with phase2 typically involving a couple of hundred.
My opinion here has not changed one iota in that we will better Deucravacitinib in Psoriasis.
Tom and Co clearly are confident in 1801.
Those that were predicting Sareum going into administration or the SP going to 1p on share dilution are a magnitude of order out.
There were those that wanted Sareum to collapse. Some will be disappointed with this.
Now ask yourselves a question.
Where would Sareum be if investors here sold all their shares 7 months ago?
I doubt Sareum would have been able to raise any funds at all and there would be many ie the last to leave that would own shares worth nothing.
Fortunately this did not play out.
We can now look forward to substantial increase in share value on good development news.
Nigh 20k invested by the BoD of which Parker will get 10k through WRAP.
I have put an application in but l along with others believe this will be over subscribed.
I will know next Wednesday should l not be allocated the amount l have supplied for.
I don't think l will get anywhere near 50k shares and that being very much less than supplied for.
Puma unfortunately sonny you will not be able to participate in this.
Overall the RNS's are good.
It allows us to progress 1801 without restraint.
Yippee
Onwards and upwards.
*but good luck
Still all to play for here - shorters getting tetchy and throwing personal insults around shows that today hasn’t gone the way they hoped.
As I posted a while back - if you were bankrupt the value of the house you live in doesn’t drop. It retains its value. The only thing that money buys you in business is time. So Sareum must use this to best advantage in order to preserve asset value at the negotiation table going forwards. Another placing is not nailed on as funding could come from 737 or a license deal or even from left field.
Worth remembering that many Billionaires have been bankrupt before they came good. Just do your own thing buy good luck with whatever you choose. Back to a strong buy from here
Not had a chance to look at the comments today after seeing the RNS, I’m sure there is a array of positive & negative points to sift through.
Cobalt, interesting close of play trades, the one before 200K of shares could be RFs last tranch of the 1.5mil they had. I suspect the 400k or so might be the RNS mentioned "Adviser Fee Shares"
The markets know that there is a placement on the way and thus share price drops before a given placing price is revealed.
RF and all their insider buddies have pulled the share down to a price that they wanted a placing to be at so they can all profit. It’s the problem that these small companies/Sareum have with raising finance. Investment companies won’t give you the money due to not understanding the risk and only ones who will lend will manipulate the share for their own means.
Hopefully once test results are revealed true value will out. But wtf do I know

I don't know!
I think your ship has sailed and, to add another marine metaphor, most people including the BOD, some HNWI and the rest of us, have nailed our colours to the mast. The WRAP will be oversubscribed, a plan has been drawn up and, subject to no Antipodean upsets, all is now good. The past and the mistakes of the past are just that: The past. Move on and enjoy your holiday. Please don't fret about Sareum!
A weekend away at Disney with the family and its on here posting away.
FFS how sad is that!
Lot soo helpful
RobinHood Thanks f or the reply.
Can we expect to see a placing in the future?
Do we call you Robin now or THEPUMA?
They have. Didn't you read the placing details?
If it's as good as they say big investors would be putting their hands in their pockets simple
This appears to be new detail in the chairman's statement?
It is becoming increasingly clear that the TYK2/JAK1 class offers great potential for the treatment of autoimmune disease, with potential for broad coverage and increased efficacy across key targets, lower toxicity and potentially stronger efficacy. We believe SDC-1801 has the potential to be a best-in-class TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor for autoimmune diseases and we're excited about its progress in this ongoing clinical study. While the MAD study is still in progress, interim data shows that levels of SDC-1801 in blood are already in the expected therapeutic range, and achieve concentrations greater than those predicted to reduce signalling of cytokines dependent on TYK2 and/or JAK1 activity by 50% for a sustained period following once daily oral dosing. Safety data remains blinded, but no serious adverse events have been reported to date.
Below the issue price?
How I trade through lse/jarvis they've emailed saying they not participating
Hi All - To average down to 39p I have just added 700 shares which are shown as a Sale so it seems to me many others are doing the same.
Good luck to you all.
PS I made my thoughts known this morning in response to Mr Parkers tweet this morning as follows -
'Mr Parker - Why was there not a fund raise when the SP was much higher when the writing was on the wall - as an investor in Sareum I currently feel shafted.'
To top it off let’s get an RNS saying Peel Hunt have been sacked useless robbing Peel Hunts
GLA
I cant beleive that i posted a short while back saying i was nervous that we might dip below 30p, wow now look at this.......................................
Agreed guys - I also note the date of admission of shares being 05/04. New ISA allowance kicks in 06/04. Coincidence? I think not.
Placing being handled by Hybridian and not PH.
We also have a short runway of cash to make the most of while we can and the BoD playing their part. Most of what was being demanded has been heard and acted upon. Specifically stated there would be no more business with RF other than the warrants if exercised.
It’s been like turning a giant tanker around - very slow and cumbersome but we now have a new course. So about 91m shares after all has settled. Not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things. The profit taking will provide a drag on the sp but with ISA allowances just around the corner I would anticipate the sp gradually increasing.
Yes, no shortage of buyers it seems. Just imagine if RF were put of the picture altogether, think it could rise quite rapidly (especially with 1a data etc). That said, there would have to be more cash raised to buy them out.
Hi Potnak - even if RF are dumping shares there appears to be quite an appetite at these prices for buyers to hoover them up.
Looks like RF have got rid of a load though. They can't have many if any left. Yes, I know they will get another million. But if they want more via warrants they will have to pay for them.
Just in case any onlookers think all the trades in red are sales, they aren't - my modest buy was below the mid price so the algorithm presumes the trade is a sell.
If LSE had a better system for recording buys/sells I think we'd see a significant number of buys today.
