My "gut" feeling is that funding is probably sorted because I cannot believe that the BOD would not have this uppermost in their minds after previous errors of judgement especially as we seem to be looking very positive atm.

The MM's think "we'd better take the SP down first thing (on one trade) to put those pesky optimists in their place"
