Here's a fun question though? Why does the market rate this company so low if the prospects are so good? Maybe it's just another Amur Minerals. Years of promises and then nothing. Or what about SXX?

There is a subtle difference between the RNS of 4 March and today's. The March RNS stated that they were commencing line prep to guide the surveys. Today's stated that the survey proper could commence along the defined lines.

I do feel much more positive. My general frustration as a LTH has got the better of me recently and I'm not proud of it but there has been some degree of playing Devil's Advocate to provoke debate.

As the CRO is based in the US, litigation could go on for years and top lawyers would be fighting it out for huge fees. I doubt whether "no win, no fee " situations arise at this level and Sareum just want to move on. Also, what about if they lost? They could be millions of quid down! We don't know, and won't know, what the tox trial end cost the company but it has been covered by existing resources.

One more thing. A potential buy out, JV partner or whatever, would be wary of outstanding legal matters.

I think it was absolutely right to make the commercial decision to move on.

Clarification, and the reasons why the company will not be pursuing the CRO for any financial compensation was welcome. 737 seems to be moving forward and Tims explanation as to why 737 is more valuable now in view of current medical needs made sense. It was always a concern that the two previous holders did not advance it.

All in all reassuring and maybe some FOMO might start to creep in and improve the SP.
