Nicely is right. The sp did hit 10p to buy (prior to consolidation), albeit briefly, intraday. I was glued to the screen in those days, wondering how much higher it could go. Now I dare not look. It's like watching some horror show. As for today's RNS, there are definitely some positives, especially that the HNWIs seem still to be onboard.
They are half a million short as they would have needed to pay roughly £2m for P1b before the tax year cut off to trigger the full amount
Agree with all of of that, PC.
Time to top up then nicely. You could bring your average right down.
£4.40 to 10p well done bod 👏👏👏
£250 top up for me
Yeah to sell but not to buy the, date isnt on my ii app but my average is 470.144p -97.87%
In other words it is to pay their wages
The net proceeds from the Fundraise are intended to be used by the Company to complete Phase 1a clinical studies on its SDC-1801 TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor ("Phase 1a") and, together with the receipt of anticipated R&D tax credits in the amount of £0.7 million which is expected in September 2024, for general working capital purposes.
So the anticipated tax credit of £1.4 million is now £0.7 million ?
The price got to £4.50 (9p old money) which I know because my son sold a decent chunk of his shares at that price!!
That for me was the important thing in today's RNS's - the roulette wheel is still spinning and I'm on it.
Others now, have the opportunity to spin as well if they wish to.
Regarding the RNS's, not sure Financial Highlights was an appropriate heading in the Interim Results and perhaps an explanation and apology of the debacle to existing shareholders might have been appropriate.
I'm currently away in Cornwall, so I'm going to let the dust settle and hopefully over the next few month's see Sareum's sp return to somewhere near it's true value as per "broker forecast"!!
Going forward, I would like to see the BoD engage with shareholders with more transparency.
Enjoy the weekend all genuine holders.

Cant remember the date but it was obviously on a spike, i will look
So they have renamed it it makes it better then ?
There is no 1b it’s going to 2a if data is good
Your words Nice... not mine
when did you buy out of interest..
I hope I saved some people throwing money away at higher prices.
The placing was always going to come SAR needed cash quickly, 10p placing was higher than I thought but they obviously will need more cash at the end of the year.
Time to stop listening to the bulls and more bears.
Let’s not forget the Bod is on record stating no one will have conversations until end of P1b feels like a Fire Sale won’t be surprised now at a £2m license deal to an undisclosed private pharma on positive P1a data sometime in Q3…. Cant see P1b happening now
I must be lying then
Cobalt, you are as delusional as Sog and Lazarus who have been telling us they have been "topping up" for weeks! This is madness as their tops ups will loose over 20% today alone. If (and ONLY if) you were a new investor this may be worth a punt at some point today but LTH's are f*cked. All the crazies have been ramping this for months and the S.P has done nothing but fall allmost daily.
Ray
we peaked at £4.40 for about an hour!! I think..
I can't recall us getting close to £5, and deffo not before consolidation..
Nice being not so nice I think...
Max I saw was £3 odd
Aber
I cant see - but do we get to take so many shares per what we hold ?
Nice
Really?
Before consolidation we were at £5???
In order to provide some positive momentum
What does confuse me is why £1.5M raised when P1B seems paused ... is this to cover salaries to the end of the year whilst looking for a licensing deal or buyout ?
.. And what disappoints me is the feeble level of participation by the BOD in the placing - TM earns 200K and contributes £5K, no mention of JR contributing, and SP (who is the main reason behind this fiasco) contributes £10K having had a £50 Salary hike from 40K+ to 90K+
GLLTHERS as we will need it as we are back at preconsolidation levels
Before consolidation
