We would love to hear your thoughts about our site and services, please take our survey here.
Sorry been away, but, as I've previously advised, RMM attended the AGM and we spoke - given his year's of attendance at such, I'd be surprised if he has moved on, probably waiting on news of P1a data as we all are now!
@ Silverfoil - reference Laura Williamson, remember she wasn't even introduced to us, just appeared as a footnote on a RNS. didn't engage or say a "dickey bird" at the AGM - probably sums it up!
@ Laz2 - I'm very much for Shareholder representation with BoD and yes as a bit of jest, I have read Animal Farm, also, seen Trading Places, hopefully Eddie Murphy is in our camp!!
@ Stach - you've probably still got me filtered, but, hopefully you're recovering well!
That said, I await comment from the BoD which currently is a Wall of Silence, not even a quoted comment in the RNS's - all opinion I know but there's where my investment lies, including my recent addition which I never thought I would be buying!!

Hi All
I went away last week, not knowing if Sareum would still be here - we are, thanks to pi support and thankfully a placing not involving PH, I said openly that the pi's had the appetite and I believe the BoD realised that hence the extension of WRAP.
We now need to ensure pi's are heard going forward, better communication and transparency not just a AGM or investor meet sham.
That said, I don't want any rushed or rash decisions, I would like the BoD to consider all aspects of our liabilities, aims etc and for once put out a concise pathway of the next 3, 6 and 12 month aims all on the basis of hopefully successful data from Phase 1a.
For the record, I have responded to Andy's email in supportive manner on the basis of waiting for the BoD's reaction to the oversubscription and announcement of what next.

I can assure you as of this moment in time PH are still joint broker, the reason they were not mentioned on the RNS was Hybridan was the sole broker dealing with the placement - from a personal point of view, I was pleased to see them dealing with it and earning the fees rather than PH, simply on the basis, I've yet to see anything positive that James Steel and his cohorts have brought to the table - hope you're right Potnak that they are working on something, who knows for once it might be something that benefits us pi's.
Regarding RF, agree with you Potnak and your summation - yes, would love to make RF wait, but, ultimately rather pay them off and walk away.

Worth having a read of "Why conduct your clinical trial in Australia" as issued by "austrailianclinicaltrials.gov.au" and updated 29th January 2024 - accepted by US FDA, European EMA, follow accepted international GCP - good clinical practice.

That for me was the important thing in today's RNS's - the roulette wheel is still spinning and I'm on it.
Others now, have the opportunity to spin as well if they wish to.
Regarding the RNS's, not sure Financial Highlights was an appropriate heading in the Interim Results and perhaps an explanation and apology of the debacle to existing shareholders might have been appropriate.
I'm currently away in Cornwall, so I'm going to let the dust settle and hopefully over the next few month's see Sareum's sp return to somewhere near it's true value as per "broker forecast"!!
Going forward, I would like to see the BoD engage with shareholders with more transparency.
Enjoy the weekend all genuine holders.

Hi Seawolf, you're very correct in your statement and very much echoed by Krone today and myself at the AGM.
Andy pulled together a great meet and discussion points for the future, ultimately, the future is down to the BoD and how diligent they are in how we progress, hopefully, a positive update soon.
As an aside, great to meet up today with Preyno, Krone and Andy and @ Billy -Bunter thanks for the recommendation, and if convenient, happy to meet you there when you're next in the area!
@ DP64 - I can assure you RMM didn't sell up, he was at the last AGM and needs to be invested to attend - he may have got fed up with the noise of the bb, which lets be fair is bordering on "classless" by some and his choice!

Evening All
Appreciate posts under this thread, and as such gives me the opportunity to say thanks for support, more importantly, for Andy for prompting tomorrow's "venture" and the meeting up along with Preyno.
For the record, I do take on all points of view and I'm not expecting too much action at Sareum HQ tomorrow, simply because their business model is to out source and always as been, would like to think John Reader is actively involved in Phase 1a data analogy and therefore could be in Oz and both Stephen Parker and Tim Mitchell are in someone else's office progressing Sareum's future!
Just to make everybody aware, I reported myself to LSE Administration first thing this morning, asking for my post and dialogue with RobinHoodofAIM to be removed ( I have my reasons), I apologise if by doing that, it was the catalyst for many other posts to also be removed.
There are some great posters on this bb, unfortunately, that has been negated by the position that we as shareholders are in and our visitors - there are obviously reasons for this negativity, however, I have communique with shareholders not on this board who are prompting solutions, but, until the BoD announce a statement - we are where we are.
As Andy said, tomorrow is an opportunity for a meet up and have a chat - just let's hope given my "categorised" age, I remember to turn up - enuf said!!

Hi Big Easy
For two AGM's I've watched a very smug James Steel strut the meet, I was hoping to ask him how he felt PH had benefitted Sareum at the last, but, as you will recall the meter run out and the AGM was abruptly closed by Stephen Parker - JS naturally disappeared into thin air for any post meet discussions!!
Unfortunately, we are stuck with him/them at the moment, but, never understood how your nominate a Corporate Broker that has a trading arm - and they don't talk? - "insider info" at it's rampant best imo!

Hello MegRS300
Thank you for acknowledging, I felt your post was very balanced and coincidentally similar thought process to someone I have meet at the AGM - so hence the question!
Hopefully, positive news, resolution etc.. will drop soon, once again thanks for responding.
GLA
Silver, not sure about that given where my investment stands at the moment - fortunately on a free ride or should I say free fall at the moment!!
I will have a look at, but hasten to add, I've never put an actual predictive value on Sareum purely for the reasoning of not being defined a ramper.
My main concern at this moment in time is not the past as I/We can't change that, the present will give transparency once the BoD update us, the future is then a discussion point - appreciate there are angry/frustrated and there say gobsmacked people on this bb at present, myself included somewhere in there, but, there are also some logical discussions being lost in the general mayhem.
Hoping between now an interim results, we get a clear pathway on the way forward in a positive trend!!
GLA
An interesting post, many thanks for your thoughts i hope it doesn't get lost in tonight's "venting"!
Out of curiosity have you attended recent AGM's, trust you don't mind me asking?
Once again, much appreciated content.
GLA
Thanks for sharing, likewise, I've been speaking with some fellow attendees of the AGM (respecting their privacy, I won't name) and was getting that indication.
Hopefully, the BoD are close to resolving and perhaps that'swhy in the RNS the interim results announcement were noted as w/c 25th, rather than a specific date, so perhaps as has been suggested on the bb a targeted timeline!
Again, these results need to have comprehensive detail similar to JR's statement yesterday and not the ambiguity of the RNS of the 12th - so whoever, writes, authorises etc.. lets get it right please!!
Oh and yes, spot on with "person " analogy.
To one and all genuine Sareum shareholders, enjoy your weekend!
@ Andy. let me know if you are still up for a meet next week as I will back down in Cornwall, next weekend for Easter - no probs if you leave until after.
