Ha Utah, do you mean like “form an orderly queue” not sure we’re going to see the likes of that “hint” again!

Given the recent “improvement” on communication, I’m hoping that this continues with more substance of each of the 4 development programmes, we all get the “flowering up” lingo, now time to start the “professional” pitch if we want to be where we want to be in 6 months and gain shareholder value an often used but absent quote!

Thursday should be the next stepping stone in the pathway - fingers crossed it is!

My understanding is that Toxicity Studies (mandatory) plus Phase1b (industry standard) is the preferred option to get to Phase2 ready - yes Phase1b would perhaps have increased the sp but ultimately Toxicity would be a requirement - given the “quick” turnaround in “restarting”, hopefully, JR has it sorted🤞

Trust you’re well, not sure who your post is directed at, but, respectfully point out if you require specifics perhaps better to direct to Dr. Owen Chair of Remuneration as we all see the same statement.

If it’s any help, I discussed salaries/bonuses with him at the AGM and I’m comfortable that there is “lean and competitive” service contract with all Directors that include KPI’s as well as options.

Given the two bonuses you mention are to TM and JR, think fair to say “science related” during Y/E 2024/25 and could be for partial “achievement” - perhaps a question for the forthcoming meet, however, not sure where they represent 50% of salary comes in as you stated!

As for bonus doing their “day job”, not different to a sales person achieving “sales target” and getting a bonus for doing so - it’s the agreement they’ve got!

As I said earlier, Dr. Owen is probably your best bet!

I concur with the clear explanation of a) what’s important today and going forward and b) the “incentivised” bonuses of the BoD, hopefully, those who can only ruminate such matters digest the information you have both provided.

Still much risk, but hopefully, things are restarting and this week’s update provides information that gets the bb back discussing “positive” views, which as shareholders surely that’s what we want!

Morning potnak, a good question to ask as Chairman’s Report stated “attending” so not necessarily “presenting” - all little nuances in getting a clearer picture!!

It would be good to know if SP is attending with or without TM, as previously stated I can’t see TM brokering any “deal making” on his own.

On a lighter note, your post did make me smile, “speed dating” and “Sareum” in the same sentence, surely a perfect oxymoron!!

Hi Utah, it may well be vanilla but given the stated “importance” of BioEurope and the Chairman’s report saying “updates” in interim report I’ve no problem with the 12th - a “few weeks early” signifies continued communication in my world and of much more significance to me given our current status - would you not agree given the criticism by the bb ( myself included) of the lack of communication in recent years!

I think the pathway has been routed and there’s a time process for all the stepping stones - interim report is the next check point, and I don’t mind it being early (agree unusual terminology for Sareum) 😉

That all to one side, I’m looking to as stated in by SP in his recent communique “update of financials and pipeline progress” hopefully, with some positivity towards the often referred shareholder value!

Just picked up on your follow up postings to this thread and once again many thanks for sharing - I’d love to know if SP has read this and his thoughts as just shy of 12 months since SRA737 was brought back in!!

Without repeating other’s comments, the latest Chairman’s Corner clearly states detailed update of financial and pipeline progress within interim results, it will no doubt be a generalisation, but, hopefully a “clear and positive” indicator of the six months ahead.

Hi BrizzlePaul, no one will dispute we lost last year with the halting of the Toxicity Studies, but as I would expect of a Company committed to their cause, the BoD have reacted, regrouped and laid out the pathway for this year and as this week’s RNS has stated “restarted” - you question their energy, please revisit JR at the AGM presentation and where we are this week - we are back punching, hopefully, to use AndyMKD the “lucky punch” lands and Toxicity Studies are successfully completed, which in turn opens the pathway for monetisation along with 1802.

AI/CNS is in it’s infancy, but another string to the bow.

I was one that thought bringing in SRA737 was a good move, I note criticism by some “nothing has happened”, doesn’t mean nothing is happening , let’s wait and see.

I’ve been a strong critic of communication, we can’t change the past, however, I personally think unlike some that there has been a big improvement in such especially since the aftermath of notifying the cessation of the above mentioned studies - I’ve attended the AGM, read the presentations, Q&A’s, Chairman’s Corner etc over and over - there’s info in there, seems some given their postings can’t grasp it or just haven’t bothered reading, but continue with the same old monotone - never offer a structured business alternative - who bought their shares I wonder??

I’m no apologist for the BoD or as newly named the Trio (actually, they are a Duo and a Half with TM stepping down or on tour at AGM’s they become a Quintet), as I’ve had many a frustration over the last few years, but, as you rightly say it’s our pipeline that’s the value - reality - we’re biotech, we’re very small and we need some luck!

It is slow or is it methodical, I don’t know but we need the science right - what I would say I been here well over 15 years and akin to a World Heavyweight fight I’m in Round 15 (had a good punch in round 10, held some back) and not forgetting I’ve had some hits, I like to think I will have that “lucky punch” by the end of it.

Hey Guys, let’s have a time out - you’re both shareholders that I respect (doesn’t mean we have to agree) , but, let’s be professional in discussions - after all, no point criticising the BoD if we can’t do what we preach.

Unfortunately, the bb has become disengaged and almost repetitively moronic in its so called discussions- two respected posters baiting each other will only add to the glee of certain posters.

In my opinion, BrizzlePaul’s post whilst articulate did include some misleading comments, SOG corrected -perhaps “industrially” in comparison.

So come on Chaps, let’s enjoy the weekend - as I’ve found out just recently with the loss of two close football friends in the space of a fortnight, life’s too short!

“has restarted” and “expected to complete by mid-2026” I read a key dialogue in a RNS - agree “initiated” was a bone of contention for me last year.

I run with the RNS as positive, as I had my concerns that they could reformulate in a reasonable time - JR has certainly delivered on his confidence at the AGM to get us back on plan in my books, so not much more to say until next news - keep well.

Concur with that post B-B, as I was in the row behind and also agree with Potnak’s post.

I’m a little bewildered by some of the comments today, read the action plan of the AGM and the BoD are actually implementing what they said they would do in the time frame stated - as of yesterday the burning question of any genuine shareholder, surely was are we able to restart the Toxicity Studies and if so when - today we got the answer to both!

Hopefully, other news will follow in the same manner.

The thing that’s never seen is the inventory held by MM’s themselves and their trading of such!

A risk for MM’s as not their normal business model, but, they can hold shares.

Not sure of the purpose of the negative posting on here, it reminds me of the monkey grinder at the fairgrounds, just noise for attention!

Yes there is frustration, but, do some really believe the BoD screwed up the Toxicity Studies deliberately, just to grab some more salary ( and note as yet no bonuses declared for last year ).

As an attendee at the AGM, I heard the BoD’s own frustrations, the proposals to rectify, advancement on other parts of the business and their “intended”timelines to achieve - all during the progressive course of this year 2026 - when I look at the calendar, we are currently in week 6 of 52, not even halfway through Q1!

To date, the Chairman has posted a report (communication) reiterating the information provided in the Annual Statement- those who care to read it will understand where we are as a Company, google AI and it will tell you the same, no slandering of the BoD - just the risk of a bio tech investment.

For me, a pathway has been laid out after a very frustrating period, I await the progress as and when achieved (as it can't be made up to pamper the noise) and hopefully it leads to increased sp revaluation that was the intention when I invested.

Still 7 weeks of Q1 left for an update on any one of our “current” 4 compounds - my bet is still on the table!

I think their last options are vested to October’27, therefore can only cash in earlier if calculated and agreed as part of a buyout agreement - otherwise, a long “part time” period!

Anyway, enough from me, here’s hoping reformulation is going to plan and the “enhanced oversight” is in place!

Hello potnak, a break in my bb sabbatical to say your latest post recommended and it concurs with my thoughts on where we are - as you indicate, it can still be very good, but, no use keep harping on about the past!

The BoD, via the Annual Statement have stated the proposed strategy and as you state a successful Toxicity Study is the key, the stages of achieving that are clear and hopefully will be in the timelines mentioned.

In the meantime, SRA737 may have a potential worth which is outside the above and may bring “something” to the table!

If there’s one thing I can’t get my head around, it is TM going “part time” at such a crucial stage of Sareum’s development - get him stepping away from CEO but the “Science” ??

I do think SP will promote the news flow, but, given the past “debacles” will only be when “nailed on” as the “carrot dangling” has reached it’s sell by date!
