Not sure I mentioned any views on Sareum’s current sp or what that maybe this year, so not sure of your reference to such to me in your concluding sentences!

I merely mentioned SRA737’s value is 50/50, you choose to “state” zero and make an assumption that’s the market’s value as well, maybe, it is - me, I have a different assumption, that being, given the AGM statement the BoD do want to progress it and given the “numerous” updates in various usage’s as LJ pointed out in his post earlier to the positive “potential” of the compound are trying to commercialise such - if it has no deemed value, why do Sareum show it in the current pipeline - potential of drug development springs to mind, isn’t that what we are about as a Company?

Of course, your self esteem will no doubt need to reply, but, I do get being on a public bb I maybe responding to someone who has no interest in the Company and just laughing at me cos he’s got me to respond to his “wind up”, no problem, I be turning the leaf mould in the garden tomorrow and would had forgotten all about it - so perhaps, don’t waste your time on worrying on responding to little old me - good night!

Interesting point of comment Utah, the bookies would say 50/50 you being right or wrong, the only difference the BoD of Sareum ( they know the compound) took the decision to take control of SRA737 and I backed what they had to offer - of course, I could change my strategy and follow you, if only you had something of substance to offer, which given your constant flirtation to be heard on the bb I’ve yet to see, perhaps I missed something after all you are in NZ I believe, so obviously ahead of the game time wise or is the heat getting to you?

Not sure of the purpose of your post earlier under this thread, other than to be contradictory and condescending - you seem to have lost the ability to read another person’s post and reply in a “sensible ” manner e.g. your opening point, do you really think I don’t know TM is no longer CEO but COO - I think fair to say no one knows TM’s “powers” other than the BoD and “maybe” a few very influential shareholders - hence my query - I did not expect a response with such juvenile undertones from a fellow shareholder who obviously wants to seen as a “know all”.

I could pull your post to pieces, no need to as it doesn’t really tell me anything as nonsensical in its content and just your perceived assumptions.

Apologies to other fellow posters, I did not intend to participate on the bb in this manner, but at the same time I’m not going to accept c*** from anyone - I’ill move on.

Long night so I’ill keep it very brief, likewise, in a nutshell if TM is carrying out the work as you state, why isn’t he presenting/explaining his work to shareholders.

I’m not going to go round in circles, it’s just my view, that he doesn’t seem a very active part of Sareum - when and what was his last “official” statement (excluding reading the financials)?

Hi SOG, not sure I was saying 1801 was being put forward (after all, it’s autoimmune orientated) merely, saying it wasn’t chosen and thus highlighting the array of compounds in the Sareum “Library” - no bad thing!!

I’m still amiss as to where TM fits in currently (I know you said you spoke at length with him at ‘24 AGM) as JR seems to be leading all the “Science” and presentations of such - be interested in your thoughts on that as TM certainly not carrying out COO duties as recognised in the Corporate world imo - nothing against him, just don’t get the “transitional disappearance” at such an important time in Sareum’s quest!

Totally concur with your post as I have the same thought process following the AGM!

As an aside to the collection of posts on AI/CNS, JR also stressed that 1801 wasn’t one of the compounds chosen from the “Library” for the testing - the AGM statement was the current status of the AI tests with more data analysis to complete, so personally, I would expect an update from the BoD - whether that is via RNS remains to be seen, but, given there would be financial implications to progress if tests “successfully” finalised, I think there would be a legal requirement to do so - it also shows the “potential” of Sareum’s compounds to any “interested” suitors!!

Hopefully, reformulation going in the right direction and then interesting times ahead over Q1/Q2 - just my thoughts.

Currently in Cornwall, so off to batten down the hatches awaiting Storm Goretti.

Thanks for your thoughts, as you say a guess - I’m making my judgement on TM’s body language at the AGM and the lack of any verbal input during the meet (acknowledge Gunner had dialogue post meet), I just don’t see “active” engagement from TM over the last 12 months!

Anyway, moving on 🤞 for a positive 2026!

Just for balance Sareum BoD didn’t sign a contract with Sierra and no “huge” bonus as yet has been paid this year, although, I expect there will be some form of reward for the “achievements” in 1802 and AI/CNS

The BoD have laid out there strategy, many have then repeated with their own “take” (point of bb) and we wait - no good comparing values until we actually recommence and achieve success with toxicity studies, which, I believe is the “remit” of JR our CSO, not SP!

SRA737 is a key to our future “cash runway” - I imagine that is SP’s current and main focus as he waits for the “science” above to progress.

Currently, failing to see TM’s active role, hopefully, 2026 resolves that dilemma for me!

No point ruminating, we all have our own stake and hopefully all to play for over the next Q1/Q2 🤞
