Perhaps the answer is in the fact that you have “Registered” and “Non Registered” Market Makers on AIM - the former with mandatory obligations, the latter moving in and out freely.

Agree, much “rubbish” comment regarding mm’s antics , but, that doesn’t remove the fact that there is many a “shenanigan” going on in the “City”!

Anyway, back to concentrating on Sareum for me, as the sp is what it is, “antics” will continue and I’m not going to worry about something we ain’t going to change!

Sometimes it’s all about timing, who knows what’s going on in the background, but, if we are in dialogue regarding SRA737 - think it’s fair to say we might just have had a “Brucie Bonus” to add to those discussions!

Personally, I think with the intel within M&A/R&D departments of Pharma’s we will be on someone’s radar - whether we’re “wanted”, do we have the compounds? - imo the clocks ticking and time will tell!

I’m just surmising with a beer in the Cornish coastal sunshine (and howling wind) - but, think GSK and Sierra Oncology, the delay and credibility status on Toxicity Studies - a little “disruptive” influence can potentially bring many a ramification even if “innocent” to the outside world - for me, I think I’d prefer to know where my “patented” compound was going in the first place, there’s enough risk in this game as it is - that said, more than appreciate we are a very small biotech and we can only cut our cloth to suit the market we strive to be in.

Thanks HBD, yep I delved further into Benchchem and as you state more strings to the bow!

A concern I would have as a company providing drug development compounds, is “rogue” researchers of a competitor trialing a compound and then “ bad pressing” it - can’t see how the owning company can control that scenario if third parties are providing the supply chain!

Anyway week 7 of Toxicity Studies appears to be under way 🤞

Hi HBD, there was indeed, obviously I can’t legislate for their thinking and of course it’s their prerogative, but, I wouldn’t be surprised if that decision is postponed until after the Toxicity Studies given the delay not cancellation at this stage and therefore a change in the goalposts for timelines - not sure today’s sells reflect anything more than “tax” manipulation!

Off radar yesterday and most of today, so, just caught up with all the last two day’s posts and think fair to say the BoD have kept to their AGM script and as we approach Q1 end the “science” appears in a good place.

Edison report probably the most upbeat I’ve read, albeit, not sure of why stating Toxicity Studies “normally around 12 weeks” when Sareum have clearly stated 16 weeks - poor proofreading!!

Q2 commences next week, as SP states interesting few months/weeks ahead and hopefully the “finance” side of the business gels well with the previously mentioned “science” side in this period!

My bet certainly remains on the table 🤞

Regarding options I’ve put on the back burner as not vested until October’27, however, I agree that there should be some transparency if they are “awarded”.

Not sure if you picked up my AGM posts where I said I’d discussed at length “bonuses” with Dr. Owen, as he stressed that they are not given out “Willy Nilly”, but if we get past the 30p mark and they come into play, I certainly will be interested in more detail of the “performance targets” from him!

That said, if the sp materialises to my “target”, not sure I’ill be too worried if they are vested!

Yes, a lot of positive vibes from the Q&A and agree historically would suggest written summary should be out this side of the Easter weekend.

Re listening to SP, I think he has said as much as he can on where we are with SRA737 - to quote “no deal is done until it’s done”, seems to imply progress is being made imo!

Obviously, everything revolves around successful Toxicity Studies, then the aspirations of the BoD kicking in with risk v reward factors to any proposed “deals” remembering they have over 7m options (some performance related) sitting out there - as I learnt a few times, you sometimes have to leave something on the table to get the deal done!

Be nice to see a sensible and steady rise in the sp as hopefully more positive communications are made through the coming weeks, months etc..

After the “faffing around” over the last few years, really think we are potentially in a good a position that we could hope for, subject to the usual caveats!

Agree jonneo, I recall JR saying that they actually had started a few days prior, so hopefully into week 6.

Interestingly, listening through the Q&A again, there is a lot of emphasis to both SDC1801 and SRA737 at the current Bio with our American “Development Brokers” also in attendance.

Agree with the sentiments of your post, in theory an upcoming informative week for Sareum with Bio Europe ( confirmed attendance by TM and American “brokers”), the above mentioned “roadshow”, continuation of Chairman’s Corner due and working of JR’s comment regarding Toxicity Studies we should hopefully be entering week 6!

My intrigue regarding roadshow is it’s on the 25th - so is it in Lisbon as I would expect TM to have a major involvement in the presentation!
