I’ill pipe up, I think that is what the BoD alluded to regarding 2026 timelines in their summation, so not sure of the point, unless agreeing with them - also SP’s anger was directed at the inference that he hadn’t bought shares, when clearly he has!

Unfortunately, SOG’s dialogue was simply indecipherable frustration, not sure how you can recommend it as correct, other than yet another reiteration of what we all know!

Anyway, season of goodwill - have a good Christmas, no doubt a run in the hills over the festive period!!

Didn’t think I’d be contributing further this year, but, blimey were you on the “juice” last night by any chance!!

Deciphered, yes we’ve have taken time with Toxicity Studies, but, other progress has been made in 1802 and AI/CNS - also you point out, the variance’s of the other competition, in theory we are only “best in class” in our own “science” at the moment not the market!!

Timelines are poor, but, a strategy has been announced, the science explained by JR and really I can’t be bothered keep going over things that you can’t change including the publication of the Peer Review which is out of the BoD’s hands.

I came away from the AGM with positive sentiment with the caveat that over the last few years we nearly “blew it” and it’s time for the BoD to deliver shareholder value, as after all that’s all we’re really interested in, isn’t it!

Please read as intended, and for the record SP certainly does read the bb.

Yes aware, also Alumis …… just shows the competitive market we are in, acknowledging, whilst some are further advanced in the stage progress, hopefully, we are developing something of better “substance”.

Anyway, time will tell and I’m happy to wait for BoD’s next update on their committed pathway as alluded to at the AGM.

Well, you done very well getting TM to engage, better than me over 5 AGM’s, everybody is entitled to their opinion - no different to our differences regarding SP.

Many conundrums with timelines, even cessation of Toxicity Study can have 7 to 15 days grace before announcing, add 2 week to start date and another month gone in no time!!

Probably going to take some time out from bb and follow the strategy outlined from the AGM.

Guessed you had got fed up with wasting your time with the negative agenda of some, quite ironic, that much you have posted especially SRA737 was alluded to by JR both during and post AGM … and even he “cut and pasted” some of his presentation slides! 😉

As I posted, there was a rekindled “enthusiasm” from both SP and JR for the programme going forward, MO very informative on “remuneration”, hopefully, TM may also start to show same as he looked and acted totally disinterested at the AGM.

Let’s hope we now start to build, in the meantime good to see you back fella and all the best!

Thanks for sharing you research on this, as you’re probably seen I attended the AGM (my 5th) and have never heard JR give such detailed update on SRA737 - I’m with Krone on this as there appears to be a return of confidence from the both JR and SP on this compound - fingers crossed and all the best to you and family for the festive period!

@Panagean acknowledge and appreciate your reply, just to clarify, my take after talking with Michael Owen is that the bonus scheme is more stringent than the deemed automatic payout by many posters on this bb , that along with the fact that they are affordable - that’s all I was relaying to the bb - now obviously, most posters don’t know me from “Adam” so their prerogative if they wish, is to ignore/disagree - all I would say and as I have previously posted - this year’s bonuses whether partial and/or fully awarded on whatever targets are yet to be declared!

@ Shepherddollar - oops from me too, would have been good for the chance to chat - concur with your post, especially SP !

@ Panagean sorry but I’m not getting the gist of your post linking to my comment - then again, it’s been a long day, all I do know is MO gave a sound explanation of the bonus award which was not part of the main presentation Q&A and how I would perceive such awards to be calculated - as I stated previously, to date no bonuses have been awarded for this year.

Just got in myself, my take on today as follows:-

JR very positive, seems he's back on track with 1801 and enthused by the progress made with 1802 and AI/CNS to date - as you would have heard, spent much time on the current standing and virtues of SRA737 with positive outlook.

SP very clear on the strategy, timelines etc... SRA737 being his current main priority.

Interesting post meet conversation with MO regarding bonuses, it would seem the awarding of such is not as frivolous as some deem - I suggested that share price level could be a KPI going forward, it wasn't dismissed!!

TM didn't get to speak to.

Good to catch up/meet with fellow shareholders along with the BoD and discuss Sareum.

Hats off to two long distance attendees today - one by train from Durham and one by Eurostar from Brussels.

I will continue to hold, hope that helps.

Just for the record, as yet we don’t know if the bonuses have been achieved - let’s wait and see, for me of far more importance and questions far relevant are where we are in the restarting of 1801, 1802 transitional studies complete - what next, AI/CNS has early “promise” continued, and of course SRA737 anything happening - get a “green light” on all of that lot, happily pay the “bonus” - and to conclude, I won’t be asking about bonuses, there are far more important financials of material importance in my opinion in the limited time span of an AGM - Funding/Deals springs to mind!

Nav_Mike, my absence from the bb is because there is no meaningful discussion being presented.

I will be at the AGM tomorrow, not sure many currently making a “noise” on the bb will - I will also be seeking clarity on where we are and the plan going forward and how it is to be relayed to us shareholders, rather than the silence to date!

Personally, after what has been a c””” few years especially this year for shareholders, I believe we will get an update and that things are progressing, whether that’s good enough for some that’s there decision to make!

Well put Laz, and of course we’ve got plenty of cash to carry out all these changes, severance payments, further delays whilst changes being made etc.. are we getting rid of JR as well, after all he oversees the science which currently is the main issue or is that SP’s fault as well - oh and all the proposed “noise” at the AGM, the proxy votes of the “majority” will swamp.

The IMC presentation laid out the near term strategy for end of year/early next, I seem to note it’s still November.

Of course, everyone is frustrated but jeez the IMC was only what the 23rd October, read the Q & A, gives answers /proposals to most of the current repetitive “bellyaches” on this bb!

I’ill put my tin hat on now, but, at least I’ill get off my backside and be at the AGM and ask my already prepared questions face to face, rather than some on this bb and their “bravado” of hiding behind a screen whilst lolloping in an armchair!

….. likewise Sareum are of similar interest with their compounds, agree all very clandestine at the moment (which is not normally SP’s style), but, looking back at the IMC Q&A, some meaningful updates due by business year end.

As for the removal of SP, be careful for what you wish for, upheaval will put further delay on progress and ultimately he can’t be held responsible for the Toxicity Study cessation - that said, an explanation as to why we are now proceeding with “Efficacy Study” would be most welcome!
