Agree and I will send to Anthony Browne MP for South Cambridgeshire which includes Pampisford in it's constituency.
Also, can anybody with Twitter account post it and an email copy to Laura K @ BBC perhaps - who know's MHRA might just suddenly wake up, mind you even I admit I might be "ramping" on that one!!
GLA
To the BoD, they actually carried out what John Reader said at the AGM "They would look at alternatives if MHRA road block stagnated the progress of 1801 CTA" - outrageous that UK aka Manchester appears to have lost £4m trial!
As RMM said "game on", no guarantees but a timeline presented and SRA 737 in the background - feeling better than I did yesterday!!
GLA
Aber, good morning and totally concur with your comments - would have expected Tim and John to continue their focus on 1801 CTA as for the review of SAR 737 now it's return is completed ( sounds like it came back in parts) SOG's comment confirms as stated by Tim in AGM.
GLA
Baliff - nothing to be ashamed of, it's an open bb - no more than that, certain people have an agenda, let it ride - the sp has virtually doubled since the the AGM without any update, just shows the shenanigans the MM's can create with their "associates" - believe in your investment, which contrary to the belief of some is about the science that Sareum are trying to develop and I believe a majority on this bb are "invested" in.
GLA
CircleOfLife (addressed correctly, unlike yourself to Citizen69 aka citizen79 - perhaps you were upside down at the time of writing!!)
Many thanks for your patronising take on us posters, especially LTH's that we are unaware/don't consider risk in our investment whether that be a) AIM and b) more to the point Sareum, much appreciated - unlike you, I do care and read all postings as many people on this bb have participated in good debate over the years, some like myself with not great input on "actuals" but are part of the investment that backs Sareum.
You mention your motives, pray what are they as the verbosity of your self esteemed posting makes them unclear - if it's a dislike of SOG's postings and the information therein, counter it with facts, rather than gargled articulation, others including myself can then make reasoned judgement!!
Bit like when one of your cohorts asked, when does a "c... Womble investor become a genuine investor?" - as my Nan would say "when you stop being a C...Womble"
Enjoy your weekend!
GLA
Is that Afham's fault? - no and that's my point, the bb gets filled with childish spats that are of no use to anyone unless as we found out today with two obvious "derailers" there is a negative agenda.
I've read your postings, understand where you are coming from, doesn't mean I need to contest them - after all we are all hoping that Sareum comes good aren't we?
We've had a bit of uplift from SP's buying of shares, reality - we are we were at AGM, waiting for CTA and SRA 737 update - hopefully, fingers crossed positive, no different to Afham - we just say it differently perhaps!
GLA
Apologies for the cut and paste message below, but it is fact and the reason for sending is 1. Some investors on this bb have questioned Dr. Owens attributes and capabilities so hope that helps and 2. yes Afham is enthusiastic in his postings, but they are cut and paste facts which he adds his opinion to, people of reasonable intelligent, digest and take their own view , after all, it is one poster's posting with a view, nothing to beat yourself up over if you're a genuine investor in Sareum.

LONDON, Jan. 09, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NovalGen Ltd (“NovalGen”), a biopharmaceutical company developing breakthrough cancer therapies, alongside a disruptive auto-regulation platform, today announces the appointment of Dr Michael Owen and Mr Scott Clark as Non-Executive Directors to its Board, effective January 2023.
“Both Mike and Scott are highly experienced industry executives who bring a wealth of leadership and drug development experience, and they will be an asset to our Board of Directors,” said Professor Amit Nathwani, Founder and CEO of NovalGen. “NovalGen is at a transformational stage in its development as we progress our lead product through the clinic as well as drive our pre-clinical programmes, including our first-in-class half-life extended T cell engager targeting ROR-1 with autoregulation capability, which demonstrates the inherent value in both our pipeline and our technology base.”
Dr Michael Owen has worked in biomedical research, and in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries for over 40 years. He currently serves as a director on four boards. He is the Chairman of Ossianix Inc, a privately held biotechnology company, and is also on the boards of Zealand Pharma A/S, ReNeuron plc and Sareum Holdings plc. Dr Owen is also an advisor to several Venture Capital LPs and is Chairman of Avacta plc’s SABs. Prior to board services, Dr Owen co-founded and served as the first CSO of Kymab Ltd, a biopharmaceutical company recently acquired by Sanofi. Prior to co-founding Kymab, he worked for GSK where he was SVP and Head of Research for Biopharmaceuticals R&D. Prior to joining the Pharma industry, Dr Owen was a Principal Scientist at the ICRF London laboratories (now CRUK) where he was noted for his work on lymphocyte development and on the molecular basis of diversity in the adaptive immune system. He received a BA degree from Oxford University and a PhD from Cambridge University. He was elected a member of the European Molecular Biology Organisation and a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences.
Only tree shake I saw today was two little rascals who appear to be one, have fallen off their branch ......
Obviously, a bit of "buzz" with SP buying and now in San Francisco ( Warty, believe he used his AVIOS points) but we await the next move with CTA and SRA 737 return, hopefully, not too long for "positive" news and a rise of sp!

Hi Aber Happy New Year to your and your family.
Tend to agree with your posting below, my take is as a NED Michael Owen is their to advise the BoD and also protect shareholders on any potential deal, the driving force of such is still the BoD.
The BoD has laid out the intentions over the near term with both CTA and SAR737 return, lets see what that brings and hopefully Dr. Owen may just be called in to advise.

Hi SOG
My understanding from discussion with all the BOD is that Sareum cannot approach GLP direct, the MHRA have to commission GLP to review and there lies the frustration.
I raised the point at the AGM is that this similar to a planning application on your home, statutory period for decision is 8 weeks, Council ask you to agree unlimited extension of time otherwise they refuse application - BOD have to wait next move by MHRA but if not in a timely manner given that the "issue" was raised in early November, I see CTA going to Europe pretty soon, JR even confirmed translation would only be a matter of a few days - I would like to think over first couple of weeks of New Year a decision is made one way or the other on the route being taken.
Not sure if you are still away in Scotland but best wishes to you and and your family - and thanks for your postings!
GLA
Thanks SOG and yes will do over the weekend - as a side note, it has always amazed me the effort put in by people to provide research info to this bb, I can't reciprocate other than attend the AGM and report what I glean - I can only say we have a frustrated BOD ( "gutted" to use JR quote) who are determined to get CTA at the quickest means and if that means elsewhere to UK then that's down to MHRA and British bureaucracy, so no graphs, articulate ponderings over how to trade in hindsight ((very clever never putting you hand in your pocket and lecturing) thank you - pure stalemate on getting the science, yes the science into CTA thanks to good old British "paperwork" and I think you will find the BOD are working on it.
As always there is risk, the word "development" indicates that, but any true investor knows and accepts that when investing.
I will now bunker down , wishing all genuine investors in Sareum all the best for 2023!
GLA
Hi Gunner, that's the idea and the discussions at the AGM suggested they had already been speaking to another country.
I think it was alluded to by Num 4 that an EU CTA also covers the whole EU not just the country of the trial - MHRA faffing could possibly mean UK loosing trial in Manchester but given globalisation of drug development I think the BOD are being proactive and planning alternatives even if there are some incurred costs - I'm sure one of the HNWI's would step (wishful thinking, before anybody jumps on me).
GLA
Hi Jules trust you are well, sorry I missed responding to your post earlier and as someone who had conversations with the BOD at the AGM on your query.
SOG along with others have given a pretty detailed reply, and I would add that the BOD could consider running a CTA in either Europe or non Europe if they feel the delay by MHRA in commissioning GLP to review is detrimental to progressing and that is in the AGM notes.
Hopefully, good news in early 2023 will see a move away from the narrative of negativity by some on the bb and the advancement of Sareum's business model of drug development and hopefully cures.
To All, I wish you and your familys a healthy, happy and prosperous 2023!

Not sure what more some people wanted, all aware of awaiting CTA and SAR737 updates and reasons - imho, he has put a message out there increasing his holding by nearly 20% to show confidence in the Company and hopefully a positive reaction with the sp.
Can't understand the whinging if it means it's a move to try for a better sp!
