Who is to say data hasn’t been submitted for peer review, think it was Krone who posted that such documentation can take up to 8 months to be assessed before publication, it’s their timelines not ours!

… is a clear message on where we are with all our compounds including the newly added pursuit in AI/CNS and how we are going to fund continuing such to achieve the Company’s declared “business model” - do that and the market will understand, make it’s mind up and respond accordingly.

It would also be good to know what is TM’s role as I don’t see any input from him since becoming COO which is crucial to the commercial side of the business.

Hopefully, the October statement will see SP’s own declaration of better communication become a turning point by providing some actual evidence of the potential and pathway forward, after all bar Phase 1a clinical trial everything else is hearsay at the moment.

Hi potnak, already asked the question direct and obviously, I don’t expect an answer other than via RNS - it’s either a form of commercialisation or a fund raise!

As for those comparing us with building developers, be careful for what you wish for as the have a knack of starting something and then moving on before finishing it and 1801 is at the stage probably akin to excavating the foundations, but, waiting for the building inspector to confirm you can pour the concrete to carry on building - meanwhile, the architect is all bells and whistles!!

AI/CNS is equivalent to a piece of green belt at the moment.

Off topic, on route to Scotland stopping in Dales, completed Plover Hill - Pen y Ghent circular walk, imagine one of our runs!

Can’t be argued a good presentation of another potential drug development, however, looking forward to the October statement and clarification of where we are with all other compounds together with future commercialisation of such as per the stated business model and “insinuations” made in earlier statements over the last 12 months.

Also “surprised” no input from TM, perhaps some clarification of his current role would also be reassuring!

Think fair to say an AGM is on the cards!

Fair appraisal by you imo, however, not sure with one full time scientist, along with ageing part time COO and a constantly under the cosh financially CEO we have the manpower and/or capacity to reach those AI valuations - probably need someone as much as they need us, hopefully, a happy “medium” is out there somewhere - minimum £500m is a fair call if Toxicity Studies confirm safe to move on and given the ambiguity surrounding the other compounds at the moment.

That said, one announcement could change it all!!

So taking festive holidays into account, 10 working weeks to year end, are we reaching the point of inflection of Sareum’s business model - hopefully, we will start to find out in the coming time period.

Many views on values, opinions of the BoD etc have been made - we do need to remember we are currently at Phase 1a with 1801, not Phase 3 when we compare with others, a long timeline to achieve!

That said, I’m looking forward to a robust October update on AI/CNS, SRA737, Toxicity Studies SDC-1801 and 1802 from SP and JR, perhaps TM may even grace us with some comment, not sure when we last heard of anything meaningful from him!!

Here’s to a positive Q4 and a re rate of Sareum’s sp.

What may seem loudly (sic) to one may not be to another, more poignant they invested money in a placing and therefore are entitled to the cash their warrants as and when they wish - may be gifting to a family member- who knows!

Another side to warrants are that there conditions of exercising can change if there is a “deal” and notice needs to be given to those concerned - not saying there is , but, some may be comfortable in putting their own “ducks in a row”!

I certainly won’t be taking a chance on a week elsewhere, too much news waiting to get out!

I can understand Warty’s frustrations, truth is we’ve probably all got them, but, we don’t know the circumstances that SP is under since taking on CEO, however, I do believe he has/is guiding us to our “best” chance of commercial success!

News has to start to flow as we approach Q4 - AI/CNS, SRA737 are also still there in the background and no doubt there will be an AGM if nothing is forthcoming!

My patience does wobble, but, I continue to wait!

Some interesting posts the last few days, not fully focussed to add at the moment, but, would mention that I’m not convinced the toxicity studies “commenced” on the day of RNS, they were “initiated” so let’s not get too precise with timelines and the irony is, yes, great if good but only takes us to another stage of trials, hence, I think on license more the option at the moment, that said, £3 a share as we stand would get a yes from me as per C79’s comment - risk v reward!!
