Think you will find the same one analyst has been forecasting £1.76 for at least the last two years, I even discussed such with SP at ‘23 AGM - think said analyst just presses “reset” button each month!

I would also add that warrants could be cancelled in any acquisition (depending on terms of acquisition) so cash in some profit and retain holding - many permutations on how they play for those in that position.

Also, worth remembering that not all warrants are exercisable at 12.5p a number are higher , example HNWI’s and expiration next year I seem to recall.

Concur with that figure potnak, albeit, last HNWI may struggle to exercise his given timelines!

Even if all current warrants taken up only 10% dilution, but, with more coffers in the bank I prefer to look at the bigger picture!!

Also, think the last HNWI to buy had to reach excess of 10p old money before he could exercise and 5 years up next year!

It may even be someone who posts on this bb from time to time - good luck to them.

Couldn’t agree more, it’s been a tough ride over the last few years and we’re not there yet, but, I’m certainly grateful to SP stepping up, taking the flak and putting us back into a potentially very attractive position - seem to recall “ if there is an AGM next year”, may be some legs in that yet !!

On reflection, for me Tuesday’s RNS was a little bit of a curve ball given I think most we’re expecting peer review or SRA737 as next news, but, just adds to the excitement of where this could potentially go - to coin a phrase it feels like SP is trying to get “a quart into a pint pot” at the moment!

Hi HBD, totally agree as I’ve said previously plenty of nuances abound and given the progress of the compounds “status” I personally think SP is doing a remarkable job, hopefully, he gets that little bit of luck that pushes it both “Scientifically” and “Financially” to the next level - there is still a big canyon between where we are and the realisation of potential - on the Richter Scale, I’d be happy with a severe shudder, just hope we don’t go dormant, otherwise, the Missus may reach magnitude 10 in other ways!

Hi HBD & Nav_Mike , I can’t always contribute on the “Science” but do have a reasonable grasp of “Company Financials” and tend to ponder more on that - aware with what you both say and agree, I just wonder how SP and Sareum are going to go about the next step - we’re chasing a lot of avenues with associated costs.

Given the emphasis on 1801 and the follow ons, I wouldn’t say no to a SRA737 “deal” if it put good finances in the Company - as I said just mulling, but would love to be a fly on the wall (or computer screen) at the next board meeting 😉

Whilst I appreciate the buzz from yesterday’s RNS, thinking it all through over the last 24 hrs, the reality is come the end of the Toxicity Studies (which we obviously hope continue to be positive) we will need to monetise to progress further. - there could be a possibility of more studies being required !!

At the moment we appear to be involved in varying degrees on 4 avenues - 1801, BBB/CNS, 1802 and SRA737 - risk v reward is almost certainly is going to come into play at some stage and we are going to need someone as much as they hopefully need us.

With the above in mind, I wouldn’t be surprised if SRA737 is a potential leverage, albeit, given the 3 years of stagnation, I wouldn’t want to hazard a guess as to what is it’s current commercial value?

I don’t think anybody would criticise “junkets” if there was some feedback from the visits (TM especially as he seems the one who frequents most).

I get the presumption of Receptor.AI being in Boston/Bio Convention etc. but would mention that they founded in London in 2021, so did we actually go to Boston for the introduction/chat/deal - I don’t know, but, with no feedback on visits as a shareholder feel entitled to ask for some update when “Convention” trips are made especially when TM wanted “step back”.

Changing subject, good read of post share thanks, I would just add the conclusion does have a “little” reality of how far AI can currently go!

I think slowly but surely, SP and Sareum are moving things in a direction that makes for a very promising potential position by year end, the warrant “money” assisting the cash burn - and SRA737 could still be a curveball in the meantime , after all to quote TM “ yes, it’s very much in the shop window”!

Given the GSK/Sierra “manipulation”, I’m sure SP will very weary of any potential “partnership” Sareum pursue, remember there is a whole layer of mid size pharmaceuticals that could be attracted to Sareum.

“Bonus” for me, would be a decent upfront deal on SRA737 in short term , good Toxicity results and then a serious “chat” with any existing/interested parties with the view of taking on the pipeline- let’s say “Their money” “Our Compounds”.
