Probably the “cleanest” deliverance of where Sareum as a drug development company are and the aims, many permutations but one tick box and I think the rest will suitably follow.

People will read what they want and comment accordingly - you either want success or you don’t, I know why I invested!

I have similar views, yes I have my frustrations like most and the thing that that goes over and over again in my mind was TM stepping down - complete change of character, always the founder - now happy to share as a co-founder, no longer active as “the Sceintist”, no longer the CEO , but still there ……changes in progress of 1801, SP negotiating better interest in SRA737, TM unaccompanied swanning off to conventions - doesn’t add up unless there’s a “plan” of some sort in the background.

That said TM still drives me mad with his dismissive nature towards shareholders, cleverly manipulated as he doesn’t have to say anything these days, that’s SP’s role now and he’s surprisingly quiet 🤔

Mayhem55, my thoughts also, however, my bafflement is that with two scientists in our midst, only one appears to be working on our compound that is pivotal to our “drug development” mandate and only 3 days per week!

Thanks for posting Cerrito - just confirms my thoughts that TM is a loose cannon who is past his sell by date and just doing the rounds at the Company's (our) expense and stagnating progress if he can’t be a**** to get in the lab with JR - I’m not interested in history, the future is where we need to be!!

I’m still bemused as to TM’s current role, especially as he has attended two major conventions in recent times and not a murmur, even a post on X to say the coffee was good would be a bonus!

I’ve slacked off a bit as the bb seems to be on a carousel ride, some going round and round, some jumping on, some jumping off - think your post very on the mark - don’t get bombarding SP with emails, if he’s working on trying to get a deal over the line he ain’t going to answer, if he has got time, then that’s very worrying!!

All standard business acumen in my books, nothing wow in there - so begs the question given TM stood down as CEO relieved of the business pressure ( as I believe he alluded to SOG at the AGM ) but required a title hence COO (daily operations), why he is attending partnering conventions without SP?

For SP to deal he needs data, JR should be overseeing the science (Toxicology) to provide data and TM should be data packaging/reports, our status on such should be as of yesterday - I see the weakness!

Hopefully, I’m proved wrong and a “positive “ summation of Boston will be reported ….🤔

Well, interesting debate looming for some as following some criticism Dr. P has picked up on two points and clarified “commencement” and HBD ‘s title subject via X - conclusion, neither are price sensitive, so don’t get too excited, otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to respond in such manner - positive, despite complaints of his perceived leadership as acting CEO he does react more than the COO, who after two days in Boston we haven’t heard a coo from - in fact has there ever been a noise from TM since “we believe” RF deal! - just asking!

Hi HBD, yes there lies the weak link in the Sareum management structure, they are a very small biotech and if we read the management make up correctly we have only one full time director.

So we as sharedholders get frustrated as we see supposed “weaknesses” and lack of communication and dare say think the worst.

My real complaint is the lack of “gutsto” (Krone has another word by the way) in presenting statements despite repeated promises.

I’m really hoping SP comes back on your email, even if it is “we cannot comment”, I’d even take “it’s in the shop window” at the moment!!

At a school reunion yesterday, so only just caught up on posts - standouts

• Yes, SP does respond if you contact him with “reasoned” non price sensitive questions

• Interesting that he finally confirmed “commencement”

• I think we’ve missed the opportunity to form any collective shareholders voice (as per AndyMKD proposal a couple of years ago) - too much dilution!

• Given the views over the weekend, I would hope there is some form of summary from TM regarding Boston - take away his blurted “its in the shop window” and mono toned reading of the accounts, when did it actually say anything Sareum related in his role as COO - daily responsibilities of operating the company?
