I’d like to think that SP is overseeing the “deal making” for Sareum now, JR overseeing the “Science” and TM collating the “Data” for Pharmaceutical world - I’m relaxed with that!

As an aside, we (or most) all hope the “news” (hopefully, good) will be today, but, the reality is the BoD have stated their intended timelines, any improvement, I’m sure any worthwhile change we will be notified.

I tend to view it as a review for the “boffins” not those involved in the “commercial” side of the industry, albeit, will still be a string to the bow - hazard a guess to use a TM quote, “necessary data” subject to Patent confirmation (as JR alluded to as part of process) will be/is in the “shop window” of R & D departments and we all know Milano is a well renowned “shopping centre”, as previously stated have a look at the “shoppers” in attendance!

Hi Krone, we all have our hopes and know the risk, “they” may have seen an opportunity that others haven’t, as I said before many things in play at the moment and dare say plans do change, even in a very small biotech - who knows, sometimes you have to look out of the box, but, if and a big if, SP flips a reasonable deal which together with the increased % ownership of SRA737 - commercially a master stroke from where we were with CPF only just 4 months ago!

Good morning and thanks for sharing Krone, regarding any values of Sareum, SP has always maintained “risk v reward “ strategy for any of the compounds, it would be incredible to get 3 commercialised so personally I have a more conservative view, I think he has seen an opportunity to take SRA737 back in with the view of flipping it.

6 months ago we had no real say in it and probably a dead duck in the scheme of things, an opportunity has arisen given CPF’s malaise and in 6 months (my understanding of time to review and get a deal) it could provide a sound cash base to further 1801/02 either scientifically themselves or to negotiate commercially with others!

Ben, as I discussed openly with Clive Birch at the ‘22 AGM when JR in particular was both “gutted” (his words) and baffled when no explanation and/or reason other than to conform with GLP by MHRA was given and no reply despite numerous requests for clarification - its exactly the same approach when you apply for planning and an 8 week statutory determination for a minor application is met with you having to agree to compulsory agreement to extension of determination, otherwise, application failed - either way “KPI” met 🤔

I’m pleased the BoD took the decision to go to Oz, as reading the content of its self acclaim by MHRA, I think we would still be waiting for a reply!!

Always makes me smile when Gov. Depts measure and report their own KPI’s and as for new the CEO, seems his cv highlights his qualifications as being compliant with everything that has and continues to go wrong with NHS England - couldn’t make it up!!

Think the US Pharmaceutical Industry will still have a few dollars in the “Piggy Bank” as indicated below, anyway, it could be an interest from Europe, China - I know of some people who “work outside the UK”, so reality is it’s a global market and at this moment in time SRA737 is a consideration within it, even AI has opinionated that with preselective values I believe!
