I think your last 2 paragraphs sum up SP’s predicament - he needs values to our pipeline compounds before even considering our worth ( if any, to save people fretting to punch the keyboard ).

So I presume, he needs JR and TM to push the Toxicity Studies of 1801 to fruition, any delays I assume they are handling, as I would not expect him to be doing that.

1802, some explanation of where we are (if allowed) would be good or are we talking!

STA737 just back, so credit where credit due and cut some slack here, I would say within 6 month’s reasonable and if he did flip it as I suggested earlier- a result imo!

None of the above in stone but, if and once achieved, better idea of the worth - whatever that may be.

And that doesn’t preclude that Sareum may be in talks already with any of the above to license on!

Hi Warty and Aber, I have optimism because my timescale was not today but the next 6 to 12 months with steady progress - even if we had started Toxicity Studies in January, we would be none the wiser than we are today!

SRA737’s return to me is a bonus, especially as at what appears little cost - now on the assumption any “deal” achieved and could take up to 6 months of negotiations but with it doubles our take - a paltry sell on for £100m would put £62.5m in the coffers, not too shabby for 3 months effort to date, no matter what the salary!

I get all the frustration, as I’ve said I have mine, one of which is there are some great posters on here who collectively could have made a “professional”statement and request to the BoD of our queries and concerns, rather, than making the noise the bb has done so far today.

Anyway enjoy the day, I’m sure there will be more said by many far more intelligent than me!

We missed the opportunity last week when I proposed a collective questionnaire on this bb to the IMC - only yourself, SOG and Num4 put your heads above the parapet, appreciate the recommendations but that didn’t give me any confidence to continue.

A lot of noise this morning and the usual cynicism towards SP, as a collective I think he would have responded to us!

As I said yesterday SOG, read a couple of times and digest - something achieved with SRA737 during last year and enough for SP to consider repatriating- yes disappointing that there is a Q to H delay to start of Toxicity Studies, but, if they are successful they will be the catalyst for “Shareholder Value” and given the time period for drug development I can handle that.

Of course the markets will react accordingly to the “noise” but how many of those making such are selling this morning - personally, the update was no different to what I expected, the next 6 to 12 months with a fair wind will see the positive change imvho - dyor and please if you disagree me, comment professionally and don’t class me a C@nt as seems the mantra towards the BoD!

Laz a good point, apologies I missed it earlier - I seem to recall the BoD stating they were advised to pursue P2a trials with 1801 and the Edison report supporting the repatriation of 737 to boost the current pipeline add a general terms and conditions disclaimer ( that we all knew anyway), facts that seem to be forgotten - funny old game!

One thing I do agree on, let’s see what actually is said tomorrow, who knows they may be something else that is a change and if there ain’t, we’re all entitled to make a decision!

Hi Aber - agree the BoD are clever guys and that’s why I’m invested - agree PR could be better, but, I also understand that certain protocols are in place by way of example given animal rights activists it would it be too prudent to start naming where are trials are/ to take place? , with SRA737 the repatriation may be subject to NDA who knows! - but, that’s why we speculate and sorry I don’t buy Potnak’s response - “I’ve bet 3k that I’m right” says it all.

For me, SP is probably wishing JR hadn’t stated “early next year and within 6 months” as all it has done has fuelled the potential of negative agenda surrounding the sp - there’s many a hurdle in coordinating such a trial and everyone of them is a third party involvement and potentially out of the BoD’s control - so I’m just expecting an update on that situation.

SRA737 - as previously mentioned, why it has been brought back in and there must be many possibilities for commercial betterment being considered, otherwise, the BoD have just increased the cash burn on their “pot”.

A bonus for me would be some comments on our Corporate Brokers and their performances and any update on TM’s input to recent Conferences, albeit, it could all be price sensitive!

I still believe we will see positive change and really don’t care if I’m a Q or H out, remembering of course and as pointed out - it’s binary on the Science and always has been!

Suggest whatever is said in the Statement tomorrow, read twice and digest against your own strategy, it’s not about being right on a bb - all in mvho and dyor!

Totally agree, I can assure you I’ve been very proactive and have tried to pass on what I’ve gleaned to the bb as best I can in my “edumacted” way - just this time thought I’d listen first as lots of things in the mix!

As for IR, I’ve found submit a reasoned question I’ve had reasoned response within the boundaries of what can be said - once you cross that line, you guessed it no response and I suppose rightly so!

Ha ha HBD, your last paragraph being more akin to my status, albeit, more likely looking for a top up of Amarone.

On reflection, I decided to hold fire firing off questions ( apologies to those who read and acknowledged my post) on the basis that my old work ethos was to listen then ask questions.

I’m hopeful that SP will give a full update on all matters on Tuesday within the boundaries he can, covering SDC-1801 Toxicity Studies, repatriation of STA737, SDC-1802, cash runway and future funding, performance of our joint Corporate Brokers, TM’s feedback from conferences and ultimately how and when he sees the revival of Shareholder Value from our current sp level.

I have many questions within those categories, and no doubt others will rise from the statement, but, no point having a question dismissed because it has been half answered and the main point ignored.

I’m realistic enough to know we won’t get answers to everything and there may be groans, but I do think we will be in a much better place in 6 months onwards, if not sooner - look at the deals in pharma out the blue almost weekly with biotech’s of our size.

Roll on Tuesday and I think we then have up to 9.00 am to submit questions to IMC - enjoy the weekend!

My understanding was that it was dogs and mice, albeit, I can’t recall where I gleaned that from.

The link below suggests that dogs would be the more suitable and admit I bow to others knowledge on this as this out of my normal scope of research.

I think the important message needed from SP on Tuesday is when are we going to start testing ( one has to assume we haven’t with no RNS ) and whilst for security reasons they won’t declare where the lab booked, have we sufficient compound for the testing and are the BoD 100% focussed on driving this through, given we have SRA 737 back in the fold - certainly don’t want JR sharing his focus on both at this moment in time - 16 weeks of full attendance needed imo.

The BoD will know of the points raised in advance which I have no qualms with and at the same time the courtesy of an answer from them shouldn’t be ignored.

They will also recognise where the questions have come from and genuine as SP “knows” the bb!

I’m happy to collate and submit such from any like minded shareholders, but stress, the questions need to be concise and civil together with relevance to Sareum’s development.

I accept some questions may be pre answered in the HY results/statement.

It’s only an idea so we speak as a collective number of pi’s that support the Company - I won’t be offended if the idea is “rubbished”.

For me there’s no logic in the current trading - an institution buying at 12.5 and forward selling at same or less on an approx £1m placement doesn’t make sense, 10p investors probably may take end of year profits, but, again could have done far better even 2 weeks ago, so not so smart!

For what money is being made, if any, I believe there’s more to be made if SP gets a deal/on license of SRA737 and/or 1801 and I will see that as my play.

I know of many who work in the “City”, ethics and morals are an empty bottle of beer and they wouldn’t shy of nicking off their Grandmother - it’s the world we live!

Yes, I’m more than p155ed off where the sp is, but, on reflection I look at where we are with compounds, my shareholding and it’s where I wanted us to be - I’d give SP the chance to carry on from we were when he stepped up to Exec. to where we are now and deliver his interim report and statement and decide from there!

Get the BoD have increased their holdings, but, they have to deal with the same sp as us and at the moment they can’t increase their holding’s due to it’s value.
